Absolutely the best and most convenient way to make sure you’re on time for your morning flight. They’re always helpful and friendly and people are mostly quiet inside the capsule. Also it’s super affordable.

First Time in a Capsule Hotel!

Always wanted to stay in one of these and finally got the chance as I had to wait for my wife in Nagoya Airport for one night. The capsule was clean and efficient. The front desk staff was helpful, if limited in English. I liked that it was so isolated on the first floor so nobody else was around. Having a 24 hour Lawson’s right next door was great when wanting a 4am jet lagged cup of coffee! I don’t know if I will ever get a chance to stay in one of these again, but this was a great experience.

It's a capsule hotel that's perfect for a night.

It's a capsule hotel that's perfect for a night. It's clean and friendly. It's a capsule hotel, but it's cleaner than most hotels. It's really nice to have pajamas and Amenities when you stay at the hotel. However, I asked if you could leave my luggage, but the conditions are a little tricky. they said they can leave my luggage after 5 p.m. before check-in, and it's hard to leave it after check-out. There's a coin locker at the airport, so I recommend you to leave it there.

I just need to say that Japanese hotel guests are tend to be polite and follow the rules, but some foreigners show rude attitude like chatting and eating drinking during night. fortunately, this hotel provides earplug to customers. it is quite effective to stay comfortable. I recommend hotel guests ask stuff to get earplug just in case.

TUBE Sq was so convenient and cost effective for my long layover. I didn't know that Thu could store my luggage as well as put my carryon in a locker designated for my capsule; however, the baggage storage facility ran by the airport was cost effective as well as easy for pick up. The pick up area is not in the same area where I dropped it off. Pick up is where the check in counters are for the departures. I would highly recommend staying at TUBE Sq. The only suggestion for the facility is to have options for the pull down shades to be left cracked open for air circulation. I used my hair clip to stop the pull down shades from going all the way up. Perfect for all travelers.
