Not being worthy of being on Hotels.com

Rude staff. Service was poor. Balcony where we could see sun rise was dirty. Utmost shock was the condition of towels and sheets.

Worst hotel ever stayed

Worst staff and Rooms are very dirty and all are for money. Zero value for money paid Dirty rooms and taps, rooms are not cleaned , Do not stay in this hotel for any reason , While booking only on website they cheated by taking payment on online with out AC, Without breakfast etc , you will only see when you are in hotel they ask for extra charges fro AC and breakfast. NOT WORTH

Hopeless Hotel - I wasted my money.

They put me in a room without privacy {balcony opens to the windowsof another hotel}, internet {not available in room} and TV {hopelessly poor reception}. I hate the staff as they did not give me any better room though they had or could in 3 days of my stay. Paying them in advance was a huge error, and I will not book hotel like that in future.

Would not recommend

After my traveller friend and I arrived, it took some time to convince the staff that we actually had booked a room with them. After we got to our room, we immediately found some problems with the room. It really needed to be repaired. There were wires hanging here and there, and it really needed a paint job. The breakfast was nothing special, but it is apparently totally impossible to order water for breakfast. When we left the room the first day, the room hadn't been cleaned, and in our 3 day stay, it did not get cleaned at all. Would not recommend
