"This was my second time staying at Kathmandu Cityhill. The building is located close enough to the Thamel tourist district but off the main road so less noise and dust. The staff are always helpful when requests are made and everything is kept clean. Would return again. "

"数日前に予約したのに、それをスタッフが確認しておらず、着いたら1部屋しか用意してもらえなかった。信用出来ないので、次の日に新しい宿を探すことにし、2泊だけ泊まることにした。しかし、次の日も、アパートメントなのに、冷蔵庫もグラスも鍋も皿もゴミ箱もなく、キッチンと空の棚だけがあり、なんの意味もない。挙げ句の果てに、朝食を8時に頼んだが、8時20分になっても来ないので、受付に降りてゆくと、忙しかったけど今からやりますとのこと。来たのは8時40分。その食べたあとの皿は、夕方部屋に帰ってもテーブルの上に置いたまま。勿論、シーツもタオルもそのまま。追加のタオルを頼むと、無いとのこと。スタッフ全員がバイトみたいな若者で、英語も通じにくい、、、。ネパールでこの価格帯で合計200泊ぐらいしてますが、ここまで酷いのは、初めてです。 "

"This is a lovely new hotel in Kathmandu. Spotless rooms and attractively maintained exterior and interior. Nothing to complain about and only good things to say. When the power went out several times, as it is prone to do occasionally in Kathmandu, the generator kicked in immediately. Heater worked well, for the cool nights. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food at breakfast and dinner was great. So was the coffee. I will stay here again."

"I liked the staff and how hospitable they were. Also liked the location with taxis in walking distance. I am sure the property itself will feel nicer once its completely renovated. Would love to stay again once they complete the work."

"When we arrived theres no room, they sold it to other people, and they choosed another hotel for us to stay, wanted us to pay ourself for the other hotel by canceling the booking by their own without asking us first!! Very bad!!"
