"the bed in the room we stayed in was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you moved the bedhead hit the wall, the excuse for springs squeaked. Do yourself a favour, if you want a good nights sleep, do not book this accommodation."

"Great spot for a short (or even long) break in beautiful Ettalong Beach. Very comfortable bed with lots of choices for bedding which (in Autumn) proved very helpful. Large and airy room, modest but efficient kitchenette and bathroom. Full size fridge and good range of options for those (like me) who like to make my own meals. Beautiful garden with seating both in the cool shade and the warm sunshine. Super close to walk to lots of eating out options and also on a local bus routes (and ferry) should you want to travel farther. Excellent on street parking available. Irmgard is a wonderful host and I couldn’t recommend her place more highly."

"The accommodation was neat, tidy and well presented, and we appreciated that it was dog friendly.However, there was a noticeable musty, damp smell throughout the property, particularly in the kitchen and bedroom, which impacted our stay. Even after airing the place out, the odour lingered, and we needed to purchase air fresheners to make it comfortable. The bedroom cupboard also had a strong smell, so we avoided using it for our clothes.Additionally, when sitting outside, we were often affected by cigarette smoke from neighbouring properties on both sides.It’s a shame, as the property itself was clean and otherwise enjoyable, but these issues did detract from the overall experience."
