"This hotel was really lovely to stay at. We were here for 6 nights. The room was always cleaned and topped up with bathroom essentials. Each afternoon we had lovely sweet treats also left in our room. Breakfast was delicious and it was easy to ask for eggs to be cooked to our liking. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would have a little complain about was the air-conditioning, it just wasn't cool enough in our room, but that could be a personal thing, which is why I gave a four star instead of a five star. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Don't get the breakfast buffet. If the hotel doesn't have enough guest that purchased the buffet with their booking they will stop the breakfast buffet and offer you only ONE plate from the menu. If you are still hungry you will pay out of your own pocket for a second dish. We lost 3 days of the breakfast buffet because of this situation. What a rip off! We as customers paid for it up front and in the end, denied! Not fair! So beware."

"My only complaint is that Orbitz seen as 3rd party on checkin. It takes time for them to find the email. Same for all 3 checkins. They do not recognize that i stayed 3 times with only 2 day laps. They do not have appreciation for repeat customer."
