The staff was friendly and help us purchase the El Camino pilgrim passports to collect our stamps. They helped us even though we arrived late and they have a great restaurant with very delicious food just next door where you can request your first stamp. "Beautiful new hotel in the heart of Lugo. Very convenient to main historic area, within the Roman wall. Arrangement with local parking deck was so helpful. Close to places to find breakfast to avoid high hotel breakfast cost. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back."

"Hotel is in the industrial area of the city with good free parking options. Grocery store across the street as well as banks gas stations etc. the restaurant is nice for coffee and breakfast. The room is okay, my window had a privacy film and only light came through, no real view. The shower stall was weird but functional if you don't mind splashing water all over the place. I would stay here off season when the price is a good value."

"We were very impressed with customer service. When we arrived, the room had been double booked. We opened the door to our room and someone else's stuff was there. We contacted the host and he came running to the property to solve the problem. He apologized inmensely about the error and put us up in one of their beautiful apartments instead. We were upset the mistake happened, but also understood that mistakes can happen. We were very impressed on how this was handled and with the end result. We had a wonderful stay in a nice, ample, fully stocked apartment."
