"Smooth easy check in. Room was large and beautifully clean. However the air conditioning doesn’t work in the rooms and it was very warm when we were there. We were given a fan for the room but it didn’t help much Great quiet location with easy walk to Metro and a few stops from Central Breakfast was good and always plenty of choice"

"The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is great, they allowed us to have a early check in. The only negative was that they were having a conference in the hotel and the lobby was very busy and loud. The guest at the hotel did not have a place to sit in the lobby. It was loud and we thought that there should be a space where people can meet between meetings and not be at the lobby. There were a lot of people, and it was disorganized. I did not try the hotel's food so I can't comment on that."

"3nl night for me and my wife.Perfect hospitality from staff.lovely relaxed and friendly atmosphere .nice quieter part of town but still just minutes to centre from nearby tram.we asked to move to and there room due to the heat and staff immediately accept accommodated us with room and AC for no extra cost.room service was great.bike hire was complimentary.would definitely come back!"
