「Cabin was great, but the pull out couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable to sleep on, in addition to the fact that it was completely missing the sheets and no one from the office picked up our calls when we realized it. Overall, everything else was ok and clean.」

「The hotel and staff were great. The coffeemaker in my room was broken, but I simply went downstairs to the breakfast service instead. Also, on the second day of my stay, I had only lukewarm water, but no hot water. I reported both issues and I am sure these issues have been taken care of.」

「We had an excellent overall experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. I especially want to highlight the amazing customer service we received at the front desk on 02/28 around 9pm. The young lady who helped us was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She truly set the tone for our stay and made us feel valued as guests. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and felt very comfortable. You can tell the hotel takes pride in cleanliness...

「I have a VERY sensitive nose and the AC had a smell.. it was hard to sleep. I never complained to staff bc honestly everything else was so amazing ! I don’t smoke and have some allergies. This is a very pet friendly place. It was my own fault I didn’t think that through when booking the place. I would 1 million percent recommend this place to someone with that caveat.. staff was absolutely incredible! Seriously I can not say that enough, room was clean, the free breakfast was great too 」

「We stayed 3 days and we enjoyed this hotel very much. Accessibility to major spots were excellent and Harris Teeter was within 10 minutes from the hotel. Only complaint can be less availability of kitchen such as sink, pot and microwave machine. But we could survive with ready-to-eat meals. Overall we recommend this hotel.」

「Furniture had dried coffee not cleaned from previous guest. There was a big bug on the bed. Bathroom sink was clogged and was leaking underneath on the floor. Called and reported but no one came. Room was next a machine which ran until the morning. We couldn’t sleep for a while. Horrible experience unfortunately 」

「Absolutely the cleanest hotel. The breakfast was the best too, along with scoring a 99%- I totally understand why- not a crumb. The staff were the absolute kindest and very welcoming. We took our bikes and rode the greenway. Again, absolutely beautiful! This place gets a true ten from us. 」

「Staff was great. The cabin was terrible. The shower head did not work. The staircase was almost impossible the get up and down from the loft unless you were a skinny 10 year old. The parking is very tight. The last night we were there it was 0 degrees and the heater stopped working. I have stayed in numerous hotels there in Blowing Rock and this was the worst.」
