「Jose was an amazing host! We had opportunity to chat with him as we were checking in and he was very responsive to any questions. We were very impressed with how clean the cabin was. The location was convenient to attractions and restaurants in Blowing Rock and Boone. We enjoyed listening to the train horn from the Tweetsie Railroad, the natural setting, and watching the deer graze in the backyard.」

「Condo was excellent but Chetola Resort has changed ownership and nowhere near what it once was back in 2022. Cafe inside resort has been eliminated and main restaurant overpriced and food quality lacking. The upstairs rooms inside lodge are no longer private with food pantry now omitted. Very disappointed with current management at Resort.」

「This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!」
