マートル トレース ホテル

「Pleasant Stay」

「The property was clean and given attention to. I liked that the building had multiple cameras on the parking lot. It was located on a secluded road without much traffic. The staff was very helpful.」

「very good」

「The property is fairly large, and the front desk guy was not helpful in directing me to my room. He clearly had a map in front of him, but he did not take the time to point out exactly where my room was located. It was pouring down rain, and I had to walk all around the property to find my room. Once I got there drenched, the TV was not working, so 2 people on staff came up to the room to fix it. In addition, there was an unfinished hole in the wall around where the shower head was popping out.」

「Everything was amazing very clean great location. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Our room was run down. great location, but overall, would not recommend.」

「インテリアはとても可愛いかったしホテルの対応も良かったが洗面所が狭く、排水が悪かった。」

「Pool was drained so we could not use it. Our room door had a big gap to the outside like it was pryed open and now the door is twisted. The room was nice and clean. Shower had nice pressure and was hot. Hotel is dog friendly with a designated bathroom area, but its not fenced in. Parking is under the building so with bigger vehicles like trucks it does get a little tight」
