No way is this an 8 star hotel. Maybe 6. They don't make the beds or change the towels. One bed had a comforter and one didnt.

We stayed in room 1233. The beds have metal frame and one of the beds the bottom box was inside the metal making the bed unbalanced. The sheets and cover had yellowish stains. The deferred maintenance is obvious throughout the property. Showers and “hot” tubs were cold. The toilets ran non stop and when we were told someone would come to take a look, no one showed up.
