• Living Area: Step into a spacious and tastefully furnished living room designed for relaxation. With contemporary decor, comfortable seating, and multiple televisions, you'll feel right at home. Enjoy complimentary WiFi throughout the condo and stay cool with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
• Kitchen: The condo features a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals at your convenience. Appliances include a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with a 4-slot toaster and blender. Cookware, utensils, and basic cooking supplies are also provided. Enjoy meals at the dining table or on your private balcony.
• Bedrooms: The condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests with two well-appointed bedrooms. Each bedroom includes plush bedding and ample storage. For added convenience, extra pillows and blankets are provided.
• Bathrooms: Two clean and functional bathrooms offer a combination of bathtubs and showers, along with essential toiletries and fresh towels.
• Outdoor Space: Unwind on your private balcony or patio, a perfect spot for enjoying your morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.
• Additional Features: A washer/dryer combo in the condo allows for easy laundering of clothes. Essential amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board are also provided for your convenience.

Guest Access
As a guest at Myrtlewood Villas, you have access to a range of resort amenities:
• Pools: Dive into the communal outdoor pools, enjoy the indoor pool complex, or let the kids splash around in the fenced children's pool.
• Fitness and Recreation: Stay active with access to the fitness center, basketball courts, shuffleboard courts, and volleyball courts.
• BBQ and Picnic Areas: Use the communal BBQ grills and picnic tables for outdoor dining and fun.
• Beach Access: The public beach is just a mile away, easily reachable by a short drive or a pleasant walk.

We aim to make your stay as smooth as possible. All communication will be conducted via phone, email, or messaging. Whether you have pre-arrival questions or need assistance during your stay, we are here to help and ensure a pleasant experience.

• Local Attractions: Explore nearby attractions such as miniature golf, water parks, and hiking trails. For those seeking adventure, opportunities for jet skiing, parasailing, and kayaking are available.
• Golf: Several golf courses are within a short drive, with some as close as a 15-minute walk, offering options for both casual and serious golfers.
Rental Policies: All guests must be at least 25 years old and sign our rental agreement. We do not rent to locals.
