Room has mold growing up the walls behind the couch. Kitchen lights did not work. Left after finding the mold. Front desk was very good about the refund as I would not stay in the hotel.

THE ROOMS NEED TO BE UPDATED. MATRESSES WERE HARD AS A ROCK BUT PLACE WAS CLEAN. BATHROOM DOOR HAD ALMOST A HOLE IN IT, OLD TUB, VERY OLD STOVE. POOLS WERE CLEAN. SMELLED POT AND CIGARET SMOKE ON THE BALCONY EVERYTIME I WENT OUT THERE. WE WAS ON THE 9TH FLOOR. STAFF WAS VERY NICE!

When we checked in first room was absolutely disgusting, from desk wanted to argue, moved to second room a little better but balcony was covered in carpet with the a/c leaking on it the entire stay so no one could go in balcony without shoes, shopping wet. The pool was really greasy and also watched pool boy not clean it but halfway do the job. Pictures was deceiving. The only positive experience we had was the Jamaican lady at the front desk was nice and our housekeeper. The view from our room would be amazing if we could have sit on balcony. Wanted to give excuses instead of fixing the problem but seems this place has been going downhill for a while.

Clean & friendly staff. On the boardwalk & right beside 2nd Ave Pier. Its older, needs a few new items, but a great place to stay.

The property was clean and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful! Perfect views and amazing value! Definitely recommend staying here and plan to come back! Just walk around town if you’re lucky enough to snatch a parking space since it is limited.

Je vais débuté avec le positif. Les employés sont vraiment tous très gentils! Les piscines (2 extérieures et 1 intérieur) sont propres. Le secteur est parfait. Le bâtiment extérieur est très propre. Les lits supers propres et confortables. Le moins plaisant maintenant. La chambre était d'une saleté incroyable. Les murs, les électroménager étaient grasseux.. le plafond rempli de taches de moisi et les meubles aussi. La porte patio fermait très mal. J'y était avec ma famille pour 5 jours. Dès que j'ai vue la chambre, j'ai redescendu à l'accueil pour demander un changement. Malheureusement, l'hôtel était pleine alors on m'a demandé de venir voir le manager le lendemain. Ce que j'ai fait. Encore pleine donc pas de changement mais on m'a offert un remboursement où une nouvelle chambre le lendemain. La première nuit en voyant qu'on allait pas changé, j'ai été acheté le nécessaire pour un mega cleanup. J'ai lavé tous les murs, electro, salle de bain et plafond à l'eau de javel. Le seul problème restant était le tapis. La chambre n'aura jamais été aussi propre! Finalement la chambre proposé avait les lits moisi alors on a préféré rester dans notre chambre fraîche nettoyée ! Les femmes de chambres super gentilles mais elles ne changeaient que les serviettes et les poubelles.. pas de balayeuse sur le tapis. Alors en gros, le séjour à été super quand même. Est-ce que l'hôtel a besoin d'amour et de rénovations? Clairement que oui!

Bathtub had mildew. The bathroom door handle was busted, barely hanging on. The whole room looked like it had water damage. The bathroom light switch didn't have a cover and if was rusty. Beds were clean. Everything else was gross. Only stayed because it was easy to get my kids to the beach.

I liked that the hotel was on the beach. I did not like the mold on the bed. The hotel would be great if they cleaned properly and updated it.

The lady cleaning our room daily was absolutely fantastic. The place itself could use a bit of fixing up. The back sliding door to my room had the lock broken off so it was just latched to the wall with a hole in it still. The front desk had a sign on the door for married couples and families only, which I did not like, but did not get treated poorly either

The view of ocean from balcony was absolutely beautiful! Location was quiet. In my room the bathroom toilet constantly ran during entire stay. just a little noisy. Living area Chair and inside of the sofa needs to be cleaned or replaced. Beds were comfortable. Not much space at bedroom doorway to kitchen area; because of length of bed covered most of doorway opening. Cleanliness overall was okay. Property elevator to rooms is a very slow operation. Staff was great!

Pretty much just a place to sleep, run down and a bit dirty. Room key reader worked selectively, mold on the ceiling, and the mattress had some disgusting stains on it. The AC unit leaked water all in the room and balcony carpet. Staff was friendly and view was great

Against my better judgment I booked this hotel. Checked in and the lady at the desk acted like she really didn't want to be there. Get up to the room and was looking around, I turned on the light in the bathroom and roaches was crawling like the paid for the room. It was a spray bottle top left on the kitchen counter. The kitchen sink looked like someone had took a bath in it. We go right back the office and tell the clerk what was going on and she didn't act surprised at all. Told her i wanted a refund then she gets a nasty attitude. My worst experience in Myrtle Beach
