This was hands down one of the worst experiences I have had traveling. The condo is dated. Not clean, we had to wash the dishes as soon as we got in, it was gross. When we reached out they said they had cleaned and double checked it. The appliances were disgusting (see pics) they were broken with the freezer insulation coming out. After the first day the fridge and freezer broke. They were not able to provide us with a fridge or freezer for the rest of our stay, as a result, I lost money with all of the groceries we bought, to include the shrimp and salmon we flew over with us. We had to throw it all away. There was zero accountability from the management company. I contacted management multiple times, and not only were they completely unhelpful, but the number they provided (on the business card) wasn’t even in service. That’s unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. It felt like they had no interest in resolving the issue or even acknowledging it. When I asked if they would refund part or reimburse for all of the food. They said they would not because we didn’t respond to them. I have all of the emails, text messages and phone calls logged. We responded to every communication. Still nothing!!! This was supposed to be a vacation for us to decompress after and family emergency, it just added stress. Avoid it at all costs unless you want to be ignored, lose money, and leave frustrated.
