Old and in need of remodel

The leasing company is excellent, but sadly the property is in dire need of a remodel. For example, the master bedroom mattress Vs toward the center when you lay down. They also need a new cleaning crew

Clean and good location

Great place very clean. It was furnished well and had beach chairs, beach towels, beach boards and sand toys! The location was fantastic and beach was not too crowded. We would definitely stay again.

Okay - Decent location but needs a very good cleaning. Sheets are not Egyptian cotton- cheap an all balled up- have photos. Among other issues I will let the property manager know about.

Outstanding views

The view is outstanding from the 25th floor of the Margate Tower–up and down the beach, over the ocean, inland. The huge balcony wraps around half of the condo to the south and west. The sunrise can’t be seen from the condo in March, but the sunsets are spectacular. The condo is spacious, with ample seating and space for the five of us. Plenty of room in the bathrooms, too. Plenty of storage, but not enough hangers. Ample towels, including four of the best beach towels we’ve ever had. There were a few beach chairs, as well, although it was too cool during our stay to spend any sun time on the beach. As usual, beds are too hard for some of us, and inconsequential for the rest. We’ve rented lots of homes/condos over the years. Sometimes, they are pretty well stocked – from flashlights to scales, like a family home; sometimes they provide the essentials. This is an ‘essentials’ condo. Ample glasses, cups, plates, silverware, pots and pans, though cleaning the latter was clearly not a priority for previous guests. We knew that when we arrived, there’d be paper in the dispensers, liners in the trashcans and pod or two for the dishwasher/washer. Otherwise, we expected to/did provide our own paper products, laundry and cleaning supplies. Appliances and heat/air worked. Plenty of hot water! The condo is a pleasant 10 minute walk to the tennis/indoor pool/sauna/pickleball/putting green space that is part of this large residential complex.

Myrtle Beach at its finest

We had an amazing stay. The condo is beautiful and had plenty of space for the six adults and two kids we had. There were several beach toys and three beach chairs that we were able to use. The outdoor space was huge and we enjoyed spending time out there all hours of the day. Parking was so much better here than at all other condos we've stayed in. Any questions or inquiries to the owner were answered right away. This will be the first place I check for availability when planning our next trip to SC!

Wonderful!!!

Beautiful condo. Great location. Wonderful amenities. Gorgeous views. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The balcony was a perfect place to gather at the end of the day. Plenty of seating for everyone in the family room.

Beautiful Condo, Beautiful Beaches!

we stayed here with a total of 7 people at the beginning of August and we're all talking about how soon we could go back! the area is beautiful and there is a lot to do! This condo was a perfect location, large and well appointed, and the views are breathtaking!! It was also super clean and has everything we needed, including beach chairs, and towels, an extra cooler etc. we did contact management and they were responsive, friendly and super helpful! can't wait to go back!

Family Vacation

Visited Myrtle Beach for a week June 21- June 28. Was coaching for girls basketball (Nationals). The condo was just like it was on the photos. There were a few small issues like the main lights in the bedrooms weren’t working. The property owners assured it was being taken care of and maintenance would fix it when the bulbs came. The AC in the master bedroom didn’t circulate the room very well either. The balcony door was also very noisy when it rains and the wind blows hard. The condo itself was a very good size and very nice place to bring your family. The condo was right on the beach and it took less than 10 minute to walk from the room to the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Kingston Plantation.

Great View! Nice Stay

Great location and great view from up high. Love all the deck choices to look at the ocean and over the land. Condo is spacious and well appointed. Note beds are all quite tall although soft but still almost a problem for my 80 year old mother. A few minor issues were addressed quickly by host. Thanks for a great trip!
