    The Space:

    Pack your clubs and make your way to this golf course-adjacent, Myrtle Beach condo where you'll enjoy easy access to a refreshing, on-site pool visible from your furnished balcony. This property is just two miles from phenomenal ocean beaches and conveniently close to a number of other local attractions including Topgolf, WonderWorks Myrtle Beach, Broadway at the Beach, the Carolina Opry Theater, the SkyWheel, and the Tanger Outlets.



    This comfortable and very inviting condo features a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances to make meal prep a joy. Dine indoors at the adjacent table or head outside for an alfresco experience on your balcony. Back indoors, the living area offers comfortable seating (including a plush sofa bed) and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels.



    Additional features include central air-conditioning, beach chairs, and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip. There is also an elevator on-site for convenient access.



    Things to Know

    Check-in time: 4:00 PM.

    Check-out time: 10:00 AM.

    All guests shall abide by Dwell's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    Smoking and vaping only permitted on balcony with the sliding door closed to avoid additional cleaning fees.

    Grilling is prohibited on the balcony.

The condo was really nice and convenient to everything in Myrtle Beach. We were there for a baseball tournament and it was nice to be able to play ball, come back and relax while washing baseball clothes. Definitely plan to come back to this property!

Would stay again

We stayed here as a family of 5 for almost a week. We went to the beach everyday so having a washer and dryer and a way to cook and clean dishes while on vacation with my family was great. We saved money on laundry and by cooking in instead of going out. The place was very affordable and located in a great spot close to everything we wanted to do. The a/c worked great and there were fans in each room to help keep us cool in the SC heat. Besides just a couple of minor housekeeping things, we were very satisfied and will likely stay here again if we visit in the future.

Great Family Experience

The location was perfect close to the beach and stores. The home was very comfortable and clean. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to relax when we’re not at the beach or out enjoying Myrtle Beach area. We will stay here again.

Great Family Stay

This was perfect for our family of 5 visiting Myrtle Beach. When we weren’t at the beach or checking out the area, we were relaxing here which was perfect for our family. We will plan to be back.

Comfortable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was 15 minutes away from the beach and boardwalk. There's plenty to do in tbe area. The unit was very clean and spacious. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Myrtle Beach without being in a high rise.

Would give a 5 ,But the master bedroom was warm at time hot. We had brought a fan with us thank goodness that helped some but still warm. Nice and quiet place . Pool was nice and Location to everything was good. Well stocked with item in kitchen. We had a nice stay.

Relaxing getaway

We love this neighborhood. It's close to golf, restaurants, entertainment, the beach, and more. It's a quiet area but close to all we need. We always feel safe staying there and this condo was no exception. Easy in and out, the Vacasa team made check-in and out super efficient, they answered our questions quickly, and were very friendly. We will definitely be back!

The stay was wonderful. Cleanliness 12 out of 10. The unit above us sounded like a herd of elephants non stop. It sounded as if they were coming through the floor. They were extremely loud. The other issue is I have children, I'm not sure of where cameras are but to worry about if we are being watched while inside the unit made things a little uneasy for me. While the unit was extremely clean and everything I hoped for the noise from upstairs and the constant unknownn of if my kid was being watched is probably a no for us in the future.

The condo was great, beds comfortable, location very convenient to everything we wanted to do. However, the closet in the master bedroom was locked and unusable. I contacted Vacasa many times to get an answer and I never did. It was odd that the owners closet was the master bedroom closet. Where does one hang their clothes particularly for an extended stay and guests in the guest room. The screen door was also off the track and reported many times with no communication until the last day of our stay. The maintenance guy was very helpful but did not get the message until that day.

Great comfy stat

This unit was close to the sports complex where my daughter was playing volleyball. Location seemed quiet with a mix of rentals and permanent units. Parking was easy and available. Unit was pretty newly updated. It was comfortable and beds were great. I did find the two windows that face the walkway in front of the unit were unlocked and left slightly open. This is a huge concern for safety. I did close them and lock them but this should be checked by cleaners each and every time. Unit was well equipped with added benefit of chairs and floats for the beach. I really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!
