Direct Oceanfront 5BR Home w/ Resort Pool & Beach Access

Welcome to ’Portofino IV 2020’! This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2,100 square feet home is direct oceanfront in beautiful Garden City Beach. Enjoy unsurpassed ocean views and direct access to the beach with a private walkway. A large open kitchen/dining/living area layout allows for easy entertaining and gatherings. Well-equipped kitchen with all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils to prepare and serve meals. Oceanside master will allow you to take in gorgeous views and the lull of the ocean waves to fall asleep to. Enjoy the pristine Portofino IV community pool when you are not on the sandy shores of Garden City Beach. Ample parking for four vehicles and can accommodate up to fourteen guests. Pet friendly for dogs 25 lbs or less. Please see our Pet Policy that applies to all Pet-friendly homes, which is strictly enforced.
