Welcome to our Coastal Cottage! Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening wine on the huge screened in porch! Located on a quiet & peaceful street that backs up to the Marsh.

(3) FREE Bikes included with your stay! Plenty of Beach chairs, coolers, games, sand toys, etc... We went to great lengths to think of all the comforts of home, from a fully stocked kitchen, comfy outdoor seating, even loaded down with Beach towels. Pack your bathing suit and flip flops and come relax!

What a wonderful beach bungalow! So close to the beach and everything else in the area! This house was perfect for our weekend getaway. They have everything you need for your stay and made check in so easy. The host was very responsive with anything we needed.

Weekend visit

Fantastic property, better than expected stay. In town for a Cross Country meet with several of the runners staying at the home. Easy access to the area and the property itself more than met our needs. Kids enjoyed the fire pit outback as well. Highly recommended.

Perfect for our Girls weekend!

Property/home were as pictured. We loved the space. It was perfect for our girl’s weekend to Pawleys! All appliances worked well and hot water never ran out after beach clean up!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Great Littlie Place

This is a great little place to stay. The owner was very responsive. It was definitely clean and pretty well maintained. I only have 2 little things that I would change. The WiFi is terrible, we ended up having to use our Hotspots on our phones to watch TV after being out all day. Netflix works some of the time, but the rest of the streaming apps you will need to use your hotspot. Not a deal breaker by any stretch. The only other thing I would suggest, is some sort of body soap in the showers. They were so nice to have plenty of towels, linens, toilet paper and shampoo, that would've been just a nice little touch. Again both are really small things. Overall very nice!

A great place to stay

We came to Pawleys Island to stay because our girls were shooting in the Gator Cup for 3 days. We arrived late but access to the property was easy and simple, home was cleaned and smelled great. The packet provided to us via email had everything we needed for any questions we might have had. We were only at the home to sleep as our days began early and ended late. The King bed sleep wonderfully. We plan to book this place again for any future shoots at Back Woods Quail Club.

Great Getaway!

We really enjoyed this property. The house was clean and comfortable, had plenty of essentials for the kitchen, and great outdoor spaces. The street is quiet with low traffic. The location is right at Litchfield Beach and an easy 10+ minute drive to Pawleys Island. The host is very responsive and proactive.

Great Family Vacation!

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. The house was comfortable, clean, quiet and well supplied with all we needed at the house and on the beach. We loved time spent on the porch and the back yard. While getting to the beach required driving for us, the extras more than eclipsed that: beach wagon, towels, umbrella, chairs for everyone, beach toys, bikes etc… So many extras inside and out. This house was a little oasis tucked off the main road!
