This oceanfront 4-bedroom home features an expansive living room area, a spacious kitchen and dining area, an office with computer, a private saltwater pool and spa, and a multi-level deck which provides ample space for lounging and dining.

If you can bring yourself to leave the house, you are just a few minutes away from some of the best dining and shopping that Myrtle Beach has to offer with easy access to all the entertainment, dining, golf, and recreational activities in the area.


LIVING AREAS

- After enjoying the sun and the sand, kick back in the sizable living room and soak in the ocean views. Featuring a pair of couches and spacious chairs on both ends of the living room, everyone will have a place to relax. With two large screen TV’s your entertainment needs will be met.


- The separate office area provides a desk and computer. Should you need to work during your stay, at least this room has sweeping views of the ocean! For any gamers in the group, there is an additional flat screen TV with lounge area in this room.



KITCHEN AND DINING


- Contemporary and roomy, the kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances and ample room to whip up a snack or meal. With a peninsula that includes seating for 4, the kitchen is multi-functional.


- For meal time, there is a dining table that seats 10 as well as outdoor dining tables.



BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

**This home sleeps up to 20 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths.**


- The contemporary master bedroom with ocean views has a king bed, flatscreen TV and a private entrance to the multi-level deck. The expansive en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in steam shower which is perfect after a long day on the beach.


- The 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds and a flat screen wall-mounted TV.


- The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen wall-mounted TV. This wing of the house includes a beautifully-appointed full bathroom with a custom tile shower.


- The 4th bedroom is located on the ground level and has two sets of bunk beds (4 doubles beds), a pull out sofa and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a lounge/game room with a flat screen TV, a dry bar, arcade style games, pool table and additional full sized refrigerator. Both rooms provide direct access to the the ground-level seating area, putting green and pool/hot tub.



ADDITIONAL SLEEPING AREAS

- The office has a pull out couch along with a desk top computer and printer.


- The Living room - has two single pullout twin beds.



OUTDOOR AMENITIES


- A fenced-in private saltwater pool is perfectly situated for optimal enjoyment.


- The multi-level deck has a dining table and chairs as well as multiple sitting areas. There are ample loungers available for soaking up the sun in a sand-free environment.


- There is also a putting green, ping pong table, a full-size grill, as well as an additional dining table and chairs located on the ground level. This provides a covered outdoor entertainment area in the event of inclement weather or if a little shade is preferred.


- Optional pool heat available at $100 per day plus tax (Availability is weather permitting)

- Optional hot tub heat available at $60 per day plus tax

- 25% deposit to make a reservation and full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.

- This house is non smoking.
