Ok..but won't book there again

The property needed alot of maintenance work and the appliances in our unit barely worked. Also half of the light bulbs in the unit needed to be replaced.

Sandy Beach resort

The unit wasn't very clean. The parking was horrible. Advice if you stay here don't leave the parking and stay past 10pm because you will not find a parking spot. Took me 1 hr driving around the parking lot trying to find a spot.

Quick Beach Getaway

The stay was great! The view was fantastic. Couch was comfy for sleeping according to one of our teenagers. Maintenance was very responsive and immediately fixed the toilet upon our arrival. There was a broom to sweep up the abundance of sand, but there wasn’t a dustpan and that would have been helpful. There really needed to be more silverware. Only 3 forks for 5 people made eating a challenge. We look forward to our next visit to Myrtle Beach!

Great stay

Our stay was great. Room was clean and had a great beach from view. Only complaint was the cleaning charge when no one came in to clean due to COVID precautions. The cleaning charge should be less.

Nice enough

It was stressful finding out after booking that we were not getting a specific room. Owner Codey told us he would request a higher floor. It was on the 18th floor, which worked out for us. 3elevators in our tower on Memorial Day weekend and we never had a long wait. Furniture was uncomfortable and A/C didn’t kick in till day 5.

Excellent view

Overall nice property. The location and beach view are very good. The facilities could use some updating. Bare minimum of cookware and kitchen supplies. Overall a nice place to stay for the price. You get more for your money compared to a hotel.

Wonderful Confo

Location was ideal, condo was nice, and spacious. Would be nice to have more furniture in the living room to enjoy company and would be nice to have more pots/pans and utensils to cook with. Owner was great with communicating with any questions or concerns we had.

Golf get-away

Property was as described/ will probably stay again in the fall. LR furniture could have been a bit more comfy, but was ok. Location was definitely a plus.

Great

Furniture kinda dated but still good, Only thing that I would have loved to have been different is, I would have loved to have had a full size couch to sit on. Only big enough for two people at a time. Everything else was fantastic. DO NOT GO DURING BIKERS WEEK OR WEEKS, 2nd floor you will hear every sound they make underneath you.

Beautiful Ocean View!

Property was exactly like the pictures show! We enjoyed the heated pools with our 8 month old. The room was nice and comfortable would stay again!

Disappointing

Unfortunately, the description of the rental was incredibly misleading. Location wise and it’s cleanliness. I needed to purchase cleaning supplies in order to make the space livable. The help at the front desk was not what you’d consider professional. I regret not having done enough research. I will say that the beach was the one redeeming quality, that part was lovely.

Good Property with Great Amenities and Prime Location

Great pools and hot tubs. 2 heated pools and 3 large hot tubs plus heated lazy river. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Love the location next to Family Kingdom, you can even watch from the elevator window. Great few days with my 3 kids

Great view!

17th floor view is amazing. Property was nice. A few minor imperfections such as missing/broken tile in the bathroom and my tall husband noticed thick dust on top of the refrigerator, but these did not effect how much we enjoyed our May 2022 stay. Pool area is great with several options and family friendly. Parking was included but across the street. No issues in May with finding a spot. Overall great stay.

Very good place to stay, would stay again.

The room was pretty much as described, 2 queen beds in one room, and a murphy bed in the living room. All were very comfortable. The kitchen was plenty adequate for a week stay, we cooked breakfast and lunch every day. We could have used a few more pieces of silverware, but we had a pack of plastic ones with us so we were ok with that. The pool area was very nice, warm water in the pools and hot tub, and not very busy at least during the week. The beach access was only steps away. There were a few minor inconveniences we experienced, including key cards that kept getting demagnatized, the fridge was freezing the food, and the door handle had come off on us, but we had the hotel come fix that immediately. The only suggestion I would have for the owner would be to add some kind of second lock on the balcony door up high so that kids can't open it. There is only the one regular lock on the door to the balcony, and even my 4 year old was able to figure that one out. I would be nice to have any kind of secondary device on there so that a kid doesn't find their way out on that balcony 6 stories up, especially with the furniture out there that they could climb up on. We ended up having to use a broom handle in the bottom track of the door to keep them safe. As for the other reviewers mentioning that the carpets needed to be replaced, that looks like it was done, and all the carpets are gone. The owner had new flooring installed recently, and the unit was very clean and updated. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place, needs cleaning and updates

This place has beautiful ocean views and we loved the variety of pools and hot tubs! The location to the airport and many entertainment options was fantastic as well. The unit itself definitely could’ve been cleaner and is in need of updates. Things like streaked and smudged glass and appliances, rusted appliances with loose pieces and food particles in the freezer, stained and worn carpeting and furniture, torn shower curtain, food on the wall by garbage can and sliding doors all made us feel like the unit can use some attention. We would stay here again but only if cleaning recommendations are remedied.

Great Location

Great location and a very nice room. The only negative is that the condo right above us was doing a floor renovation which made it very loud for several hours during the day, starting around 9:30am.

Sunrise on the Atlantic

We had a great stay in Myrtle Beach, mostly because of how amazing this condo was. The balcony was the perfect place to sip coffee and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic, the hot tub and indoor lazy river were great for December weather. We would certainly return!
