Enjoy the Panoramic views of the Atlantic Coastline. This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 17th floor gives direct oceanfront views that go on for miles. The Family Kingdom Amusement Park is just a short walk away for some family fun (closed in winter). Ocean front pools, indoor and outdoor, lazy river, jacuzzi, and splash area are available for everyone to enjoy.

The Space:
This unit offers a master bedroom with a king size bed bath and a second bedroom with two full/queen beds. The unit was recently painted and the dining table has been replaced. Pictures to come. Please note that the unit is a full time vacation rental unit and does have normal wear and tear.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to all of the indoor and outdoor pools, kid splash and play, and of course, the ocean! The guest cannot hold the host responsible for resort controlled amenities. (inoperable pools, hot tubs, balconies)

Getting Around:
Walking distance to Family Kingdom Amusement Park, Restaurants, Shopping and more. Uber/Lyft are a popular form of transportation in Myrtle Beach.

Other Things to Note:
The renter agrees to Hold Eagle Beach Rentals' employees and unit owners harmless for any accident, damage, or lost/stolen items that may occur during renter occupancy. The renter further agrees to comply with the resort's conditions, regulations and rules.

Pictures and details of the unit are accurate but pictures may not be updated for items like:
-Furniture that was replaced
-Decor
-Comforter color and/or linen color, etc.

This is a non-smoking property and all guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a cleaning fee of $250.00 USD
