View the ocean from the private balcony, Located in the South Tower at Sea Watch Resort in Myrtle Beach, this suite sleeps up to 8 people. It has modern cabinets, a full-sized refrigerator, and new countertops. This newly remodeled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Cooktop, a full-sized refrigerator, and modern faucets. Granite Countertops align the kitchen area. Welcome to your home away from home with a large balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Our two-bedroom direct oceanfront condo on the 4th floor sleeps up to 8 comfortably and the main bedroom has 1 King and the 2nd Bedroom has 2 Full beds and a pullout sofa in the living room. Two private bathrooms, and a separate living area. The remodeled kitchen has everything including new cabinets, granite countertops, and a full-sized stove. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay including pots, pans, glasses, utensils, cheese grater, cutting board, can opener, knives, coffee maker, and veggie peeler. The kitchen is open to the living area so you can enjoy views of the ocean!

From the living area, you can walk out to the private balcony and view the ocean. This is our hot spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air in the mornings! The bedroom has two beds and includes bedding and pillows. The bath has a large sink and a shower/tub combination.

We want your stay to be comfortable and fun, so we provide toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and dish towels so you can start your vacation right away!

NOTE: No motorcycles are allowed on resort property from May 1st to August 31st
NOTE: Please note that only the indoor pool is heated; the Lazy River is outside the glass enclosures and is not heated. Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.
HOA Sea watch Pool Heater Schedule:

Spring 2025:
April 1: Heaters turn on
June 1: Heaters turn off*
South Tower 1 Outdoor Pool: turned off June 15
Pool Enclosures Removed: May 1-2 (TBA)

Fall/Winter 2025-2026:
October 1: Heaters turn on
December 1: Heaters turn off
Note: Villa I Pool does not have a heater
Pool Enclosures Installed: Week of November 10
North & South Tower pools remain heated through winter.

Outside Pool Heaters are turned on April 1st.
During winter months, only 2 outdoor North Tower pool deck spas are operational; 1 is closed.
This directive also applies to the South Tower Pool Deck during winter months; only 2 of the 4 outside spas are operational.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Waterproofing and carpet installation in the hallways
- Tiki Bar decking replacement - This project is nearing completion and should be completed prior to the Christmas holidays.
-Resurfacing of Pools and Spas – This project is ongoing across the resort during the winter months. However, the indoor pools and spas in both towers are open for your enjoyment.
