This first floor, no stairs required, golf condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts in Myrtle Beach! It is a highly desired and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. This unit boasts a direct golf-front view. You will enjoy spending your vacation in this updated condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline.



The Space:

It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas!



Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES.



Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad.



Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters), pots and pans, and more!



Family room: Enjoy the golf course front porch via sliding glass doors. Cable TV. New sectional couch!



Bedroom 1: Golf course views from the bedroom! 1 queen bed. Cable TV.



Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1 - Shower/tub combo!



Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed. Smart TV in the room - sign into your streaming services and enjoy!



Bathroom 2: In the hallway. Stand up shower.



Porch: Beautiful golf course view. Spacious!



Pool: There is an outdoor community pool & hot tub in the complex - only a few minute walk away.



The outdoor pools open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th. Currently it is closed, but will reopen mid-week of April.

The indoor pool is open at 9:00 am and closes at 9:00pm from October 15th through April 15th. The hot tubs open at 9:00am and close at 9:00pm from April 15th through October 15th



Golf clubhouse: Drive just .5 miles up to the River Oaks Golf Clubhouse to start your day on the courses (golf fees apply).



Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.



Washer/Dryer: Private machines located inside the unit.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire condo (except for any locked owners closet) along with access to the community pool (10AM - 10PM daily, door will lock BOTH WAYS at 10PM sharp), and, of course, the highly recognized golf course (extra fees apply).

This unit is in the perfect area of Myrtle Beach.

✈️: The property is conveniently located just 7.7 miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport.

🏦 Coastal Grand Mall - about 2.5 miles

🏦 Broadway At The Beach - about 3.7 miles

⚾ The Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach - about 2.7 miles



Getting Around:

Easy access parking lot with plenty of parking spaces. Guests can request up to two parking passes for their stay. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxi services available in the area.



Other Things to Note:

PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, hallways, stairwells, elevators, pools, hot tubs, parking lots, grounds, etc.



Feel free to bring your golf clubs, beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay.

By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform



No pets. Max guest count is 6.



ADDITIONAL NOTES:

1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.



2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.



The parking passes in the unit are required. If a guests loses/misplaces a parking pass, the guest is responsible for a $100/each replacement fee.



There is a key fob in the unit that is required to access the amenities. If a guests loses/misplaces the key fob, the guest is responsible for a $300 replacement fee.



This property is hosted by Myrtle Beach Destinations, a local vacation rental management company dedicated to providing high-quality stays and exceptional hospitality.
