Me and my little family stayed here for 7 days. We loved it. The condo felt like home. Everything was on the property the beach is just a few steps. Stores and shops were all a small drive from there. Everything was quick and easy to deal with. Kitchen was super clean and so was the rest of the condo.

Close to beach

The property had many amenities which was nice for kids. If we couldn’t have a beach day there were many pools to choose from or other activities. The place had everything we needed. Laundry was right down the hall which was very convenient. Because of the large property the beach was very crowded so you have to go early or real late. The place could use some area rugs to help dampen the noise in such a small condo but overall we had a good time.

Amazing condo with an amazing view

I took my 2 kids on vacation as a single mother and the ease of checking into the property was great. The condo was super cute and had everything you need. It also had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys etc that you can use which I thought was awesome. The view was amazing!! I liked it only had 5 floors so you didn’t have to wait for the elevator long at all. You had several options of pools, outdoor activities, and the beach access was close by. The condo was near places to shop as well and to do other things. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

Outdated

The online photos make this place look a lot nicer than it is. It is outdated and in need of repair. It also lacked pantry space as well as kitchen necessities. The property manager was very good at addressing our concerns and needs. He even came out himself to meet with us. We did have a good stay, and enjoyed our time at the resort, despite being a bit disappointed with the condo condition itself.

Bed bugs and Fireworks

While it was nice to be almost directly at the beach and the pools were very nice especially the small "waterpark" with lazy river, there were several problems. 1. Bed Bugs. One bedroom had them. We did not figure it out until they had bitten my special needs son up and down both arms and on his side. I reached out to the management company by email and phone and had yet to be contacted back by them. I am hoping we did not bring anything back with us. 2. One elevator was constantly out of service. 3. Fireworks from the RV campgrounds on both sides all times of the night, sometimes as late as 1:30 am

Vacation

As soon as we walked in the condo we noticed how dirty the floors were. There was part of a chocolate cookie on the living room floor along with other crumbs. We had to vacuum ourselves. There was sand on the furniture and table in the living room. The sprayer at the kitchen sink was broken. The toilet seat in the guest bathroom was so loose it was about to fall off. The toaster was covered in crumbs. The cleaning service is definitely lacking in their work ethic. I know you are at the beach and some sand is to be expected. But at least vacuum and wipe down the furniture. The wallpaper is peeling, and there are lots of things that need to be updated. The property manager did respond quickly when we called to report the state of the condo. He came over and fixed the toilet seat for us. The view from the balcony was nice. And the resort is in a great area. Enjoyed the beach and the pools. However, would not stay in this particular unit again.

Views of water excellent n very relaxing

It was very comfortable there was a little construction in unity above us with great deal of noise but we managed. Great views from balcony. plan to come back next year.

Misrepresented

Carpet dirty, electrical outlet issues, 1 roll of toilet paprt for 2 bathrooms, stove dirty under burners, furniture dirty and needs major updating. Also replace wallpaper peeling off the walls.

Myrtle Beach Resort

Great location. We loved it. Beach was perfect. Would like to see the unit updated though. Very old inside. Not a lot of space for food like a pantry. Overall we enjoyed it!!

I wouldn’t recommend the condo.

I wouldn’t really recommend this property. The resort was fine, but the unit definitely needs major upgrading. The sink in the kitchen was leaking and because of a thunderstorm we found out that the roof was leaking as well. Came back from a walk to a puddle in the middle of the hallway. There was also a funky smell throughout the condo. The furniture in the living room was nice and the view from the balcony beautiful, but everything else was below average.

Didn’t stay here but my replacement condo was awesome!

The management of the property contacted me about an hour and a half before we arrived letting us know the previous people that stayed in the condo we rented destroyed some of the furniture but they put us in a different condo with the same about of rooms and bathrooms. The place was amazing. A430. Great location to the beach and our little girl had such a blast at the pool! It was so close to Walmart and any other store for groceries. Very close to local attractions! We loved our stay and only wish it was longer.

Had a great time...

overall a great experience. Listing needs to clarify laundry on site, not in room. The unit was clean and ready to go when we got there. The low rating is the overall cleanliness of the resort and building. It’s older and needs housekeeping onsite to clean daily. Also staff needs to be aware of people sleeping below them as the are dragging chairs on the rooftop sun decks at 700am every morning. Lastly I’ll say this, the resort needs to stop adapting Myrtle Beach rules on the beach. I chose to stay in Surfside due to the tent ordinance that City of Myrtle Beach has now. I was extremely disappointed when I had to leave my granddaughter under a small umbrella to keep her shaded due to this resort adapting to Myrtle’s rules. I hope this reaches the HOA, I attempted to speak to them while I was onsite but could never get a return call. I understand the name of the resort is Myrtle Beach, but is governed under the county and Surfside Beach. (County Police on beach and Surfside Fire responded to resort for fire alarm). Other than that the pools are great for the little ones and big ones too and again overall a great vacation. If they change the tent rule I’ll come back, otherwise further south we’ll fly next time. :)
