This cozy condo features an open living space with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything needed for meal prep, and the dining area seats 4. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed with access to the second bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a sleeper for extra guests. Amenities include in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony.
Guest Access
Guests have access to multiple outdoor pools, an indoor pool, a fitness center, and sports courts. The beach is just a mile away, and Myrtlewood Villas also offers an on-site golf course and BBQ area.
Interaction with Guests
Self check-in is available with a smart lock. We'll communicate via phone, email, or messaging for any questions or assistance. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and smoking and pets are not allowed.

Please be aware that all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent with us. Additionally, a signed rental agreement and a copy of your driver's license are required. We do not rent to locals in order to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. If you are under 25 or a local, your reservation will be canceled.
