Just minutes from the beach, Ocean Boulevard, Tanger Outlets, local restaurants, golf courses (Grand Dunes Golf Course views from the condo window!), and live entertainment—making it easy to explore the very best of the Grand Strand.



Other Things to Note:

• 2 parking passes (MAX) provided for the stay

• Parking passes are required and must be displayed in your vehicle at all times while on property

• No bicycles, golf carts, trailers, mopeds, boats, RV's, motorcycles, busses, trikes, watercraft, oversized vehicles or commercial vehicles (monitored by the HOA)



▶︎ Rental Agreement

• A completed rental agreement and a valid photo ID must be submitted within 48 hours of booking. Reservations may be canceled if not received in a timely fashion.



▶︎ Age Requirement

• HOA policies require all guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this property. You will be asked to provide proof of ID as a part of the rental agreement.

▶︎ Pest Control

Scheduled, routine pest control service occurs every other month. HOA requires access for scheduled pest service; we kindly ask guests to allow entry.

• We’re available daily from 6AM–11PM to assist with check in, check out, and stay-related concerns. For arrivals after 11 PM, please message us in advance so we can plan for your arrival. Messages received overnight may have a delayed response.
