This cheerful 5th-floor condo at Meridian Plaza offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm. With ocean views from the living area and balcony, a new HVAC system, and plenty of thoughtful touches, this is an ideal home base whether you’re escaping for a weekend or staying a while. Traveling with friends or family? We have neighboring units available for rent, making it easy to stay close while enjoying your own space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
Bedroom: King bed with plush duvet, cable TV, dresser, and closet. Two beach chairs are stored here for guest use. Linens and extra pillows provided.

Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa, armchair, smart TV, and large dining table perfect for meals or board games. Private balcony access for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails—south-facing for plenty of sunshine, even in winter!

BALCONY (Our FAVORITE Spot!)
Enjoy the ocean breeze and panoramic views from your private balcony, perfect for morning coffee or an evening taking in fresh air and crashing waves.

KITCHEN (Second Favorite!)
The kitchen is fully stocked for real cooking—ideal for extended stays or guests who love to dine in.
Includes:
- Refrigerator/freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave
- Drip & Keurig coffee makers (filters provided) and toaster
- Pots, pans, mixing bowls, Pyrex baking dishes & utensils
- Plenty of dishes, glasses & flatware for four
- We also provide a starter set of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and trash bags.

BATHROOM
Spacious and bright with a double vanity, separate powder area, and a tub/shower combo. Eight towels, hand soap, shampoo, and a starter supply of toilet tissue are provided.

Parking:
Guests may park in the parking garage located directly across the street from the resort. The height clearance of the garage is 6'11". There are a few parking spaces for oversized vehicles, but we cannot guarantee availability. The city of Myrtle Beach has a lot of metered spaces close by. Resort policy allows for one parking space per condo. Motorcycles are allowed to park in the parking garage; however, trailers and golf carts are not.

Resort Location:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls.

As a host, I take great pride in maintaining the properties I own and manage. I deeply value the time and investment guests make to enjoy a well-deserved getaway, and while I can’t promise perfection, I always strive for it. We have other units available for rent in this resort (two that neighbor this condo), perfect for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close but enjoy their own space.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire condo and private balcony, all resort amenities (pools, hot tubs, lawn, sundeck), elevators, and laundry facilities. Entry is keyless via a private 4-digit code shared before arrival.

The Neighborhood:
So much to do (and eat!) within walking distance of this condo! The Convention Center is less than a half mile away. Starbucks, SOHO, bagel shops, Tin Roof, Harry's, Donald's, Sea Captain's House and many more - all within a few short blocks - eat your heart out!

Getting Around:
Meridian Plaza is located at 2310 N. Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach. It's a short, easy walk to the Convention Center, gobs of great restaurants & bars, Starbucks, ice cream shops, miniature golf and is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Myrtle Beach boardwalk, Sky Wheel & CCMF. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, several golf courses and both Tanger outlet malls. There are several Uber and Lyft drivers in Myrtle Beach. Most attractions are just a short walk away, so you can easily explore the area without needing a rental car—perfect for guests who love to take in the sights on foot!

Other Things to Note:
While there’s no washer or dryer in the condo, the resort offers a convenient pay-per-use laundromat next to the indoor pool. Machines accept coins or app payments.

The City of Myrtle Beach is currently completing a stormwater improvement project designed to better filter and reroute runoff away from the beach. The work is taking place in front of the neighboring resort (not on Meridian Plaza property) and is expected to be completed late Spring.

While this is a positive, long-term improvement for Myrtle Beach, guests may occasionally notice daytime construction activity or noise, primarily on weekdays. That said, guests have not reported this as disruptive, which you’ll see reflected in our reviews.
