The Space:

This condo has great views of the ocean from the balcony. This condo has 1 King Bed and can sleep up to 2. Located in Myrtle Beach, SC in Sand Dunes Resort, this resort has it all! New Refrigerator, microwave oven, LCD TV and private bathroom are included in the ocean view condo. Heated indoor pool and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!



Guest Access:

This rental encompasses the entire space along with access to all building amenities. Please feel at home during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools, onsite restaurants! A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars!



Other Things to Note:

Abundant amenities await you at this beachfront resort. Features include both indoor and outdoor whirlpools, lazy river, spacious pool deck, and social areas, Oceanfront pool, indoor pool, and onsite restaurant and game room! Fitness room and lounge. AND BEST OF ALL FREE WIFI! This condo has a refrigerator, microwave, LCD TV, and ocean views. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! The great pool area and lazy river area are perfect for relaxing by the ocean. Steps from the beach!



Note: Please be aware that this condo does not include access to the waterpark and its associated lazy river situated behind the parking deck. Additionally, the Game Room / Family Funzone is unavailable for use. You will still have access to all other water features at the resort.



Motorcycles are not allowed at the resort's parking.

Beach view perfect. Pool good but we spent most time on beach. Room just as pictured. Simplicity was wonderful. It was difficult for us to get used to the getting into the room but figured it out. One would be ok with no rental car. Restaurants nearby, could have foods and supplies delivered if want. Staff in the hotel were friendly. Coffee shop and eats in building. Laundry facilities on first floor. Parking convenient.Only complaint, we had to buy a broom. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place.

Weekend at the beach

Overall ok. Your only free amenity is the pool. There is a lazy river but you cannot use it. The room was as advertised but the couch was basically unusable as it was on the floor and needed to be removed. Beach area was nice and clean. Parking is definitely an issue, one night there was literally no spots available and there was a huge traffic jam at the top of garage. This must be addressed in the future. Overall, ok.

For the price it was a great value.

Overall Property was a bit dated and could use some attention, but the unit was great, Smaller than I anticipated but that is on me. It was clean and served as a great place to lay you head after a full day of all that the area has to offer. Good communication check-in and check-out was easy enough.

Nice Condo Questionable Resort

I can’t think of anything negative to say about the condo. It had a beautiful oceanfront view, pretty decor, and was clean (for the most part). The resort, however, was not the nicest. When we parked in the garage and took the elevator in the garage, the stench of urine was unbearable. That stench remained in that elevator for 4 days of our stay. When we walked into the lobby it was obvious to us that the type of guests staying there weren’t the best. It was definitely a party crowd. After our first night, someone broke the glass of one of the entrance doors to the lobby overnight. Add in the multiple random wet socks left around the resort, the rude resort employees, and the “heated” indoor pool that was not heated at all and you’ve got yourself the San Dunes Resort in all it’s glory. It is my impression that this condo is privately owned, so it’s a shame that the resort is not as nice because it really isn’t the condo owner’s fault.
