Several family members commented on the spacing and size of the home. The rooms were nice. The hot tub and pool are nice as well. The kitchen is very spacious with a large table. A bathroom in each room was outstanding with family members.

Beach Trip

Our stay was great. The weekend weather was not the best but we made it work. The only downside to our stay was the elevator stopped working which made it hard for my mother in her 80s to get from floor to floor.

Awesome house and area

The house was perfect for our family of 25. No complaints. What would be nice is a table by the pool to put a umbrella up for shade Thanks for a great reunion

Family time

We had lots of room. Kids had a great time in the pool. We rented golf carts that was nice to have. Heads up only umbrellas at beach and you can rent for $45 a day. With that being said it was to hot at beach so we were very grateful for the pool. It was used a lot!

The rental has lots of space and the family was very comfortable. When small problems that came up, I simply made a phone call and everything was handled asap. Again thanks Together Resorts, I will use you again and I recommend anyone that has a event coming up that requires a large gathering they're your rental site.

A week with the. Whole family

It’s location was ok parking for a house that held as many people as that one did was poor. The house floors were very dirty there were rooms that had no lights reported but never fixed the pool and hot tub were the same temperature the pool man came and took the box of wires and took parts out but it never got fixed The home pictures showed couches but there were only 4 chairs where the pool table was the air conditioner could not cool the downstairs very well the hand held shower head came off and hit my granddaughter in the head while showering. We tr ied Myrtle beach for our first time this year we usually go to Nags Head and have rented some nice large rentals for way less than what we paid all in all we were not impressed

Family vacation

Accommodations were great for our family and close to everything we had planned. There were a few things that should have been attended to before our arrival. Two pans had dried food in them, some over head light bulbs in kitchen were out as were the lights in bottom of both microwaves. I did mention this and was told it could be fixed but we needed to be there and with our schedule we were in and out to much to set up a specific time. Cookie crumbs and candy wrappers were in one bed between mattress and springs at head of bed. These may seem like small items but for the charge these are things that should be checked and fixed prior to next guest checking in.

Great time, great realtor, very helpful and friendly- will be booking there again!

Nice property overall. Not thoroughly clean upon arrival. Dirty showers, floors and stairs. Dusty storage areas. Photos on website for this property inaccurately show a living room with sofas and cozy seating which did not exist. Property management and pool staff were all very friendly and responsive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I recently stayed at 1004 hunter ave from 9/30-10/4 during my stay the home was very spacious it accommodated all 32 of my guests. Each room had a television and plenty of beds.. we truly enjoyed ourselves the only issues I had was I paid for an heated pool for Friday and Saturday but the pool was not heated at all! I contacted the office first thing Saturday and they did send the pool guy out to turn it and I’m still working on getting a refund.There were a lot of dead water bugs in the house I cleaned them up before the guest had arrived so I’m just not sure how often the house is cleaned the floor also didn’t seem to be mopped as our feet became dirty from walking barefoot throughout the home. I’m unsure if I would rent the home again the cost did not meet my expectations..

The water for showers and washing was always hot. The only issue was the refrigerators took to long to get cold. One took almost 24 hours which was concerning. Location to the beach and other amenities were fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub wasn’t ready on arrival. Location to the beach was not too bad. The bed I got , the comforter was just pulled over dirty sheets that smelled like cigarettes . I had to laundry them myself before I could sleep on them. I made lemon juice with the lime I got. Me an my guss had to tolerate neighbors who would let their dog poop on the boundary of the two properties and left it there so we would have to endure the poop scent while sitting outside at night.

Property needs work

We enjoyed our stay as we were with our family however the pictures are not completely accurate. The property needs much work. The refrigerators never got cold. Lightbulbs out, dry rotting outdoor furniture, dryers wouldn’t dry out clothes, sand in blankets, and I should mention they don’t wash the covers on top, actually tell you to not put them with dirty laundry 🤢 one bath tub clogged, cigarette butts and trash were at pool. Pulled down linens from one of top bunks and it was full of sand!! Obviously never been cleaned.. The pool was nice and a great size for our group.. rooms were small but that was ok cause we only slept in them. This would be a nice property if owners put back into it some but we won’t stay there again. For the price it was very disappointing.

Great time with the family. The staff especially the maintenance team was fantastic!

We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and all the amenities that the property offered.
