We was to report any problems as soon as we got there. The place was filthy, I cut my foot on a piece of glass on the floor, the refrigerator was not clean, there were bugs on the floor by the sliding door the thermostat is flashing replace battery. I the pullout bed had blood on the bed protector sheet. I called and I sent pictures and the lady said someone would be calling me the next day the day. We were there for a week and still no return call. I DO NOT recommend Myrtle Beach management at all. Plus, we had to pay for parking each day, which was not our attention till the day before we got there through an email. Please do not use these people if you want to save yourself.
