The staff were outstanding and we're very helpful. Room was clean (no bugs) however the dresser looked like it had been in a flood and had water damage, definitely need to get new furniture but overall it was a great place to stay.

The stay was just okay. The room was clean, but there were areas that could have been cleaned better, like the bathroom toilet and counter. The bed was okay. We had a city view at this hotel, but the beach was just steps away. The Sky Wheel was like an 8 minute walk from the room and there were other places in the area. The staff was nice.

Pros: the room was updated inside (so they didn’t match the exterior), the room smelled great and was cleaned well before we got there, always clean towels at the door each day, nice water pressure, comfy beds, great staff, excellent location. Cons: the outside of the building was not the greatest (a little sketchy looking actually), elevators not so well kept, someone must have cut their foot and walked down the lower hallway bleeding; that blood stayed there for days so I know it is not cleaned daily, the patio door was broken couldn’t open it, the balcony was always covered in pigeon poop and feathers, the pools looked dirty and rundown, the pillows were like sleeping in rocks.

The room was a perfect location to the beach. We watched Fireworks from the Pier right off our balcony. The room came with stove, fridge, pots and pans. For the price I couldn’t beat it! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back again!

Pros: the staff was excellent and so nice, property very convenient to restaurants and attractions, right on the beach, good restaurant in hotel, lower in price compared to other area hotels Cons: property in severe need of updates, very run down, dust caked on rusted appliances and fixtures, peeling walls, molded shower knobs, property states strict no smoking policy but we smelled weed in the hallways and even in our room at times consistently for our whole stay which was terrible, you could tell the room had been cleaned at surface level before our stay but definitely not deep cleaned
