Our stay was terrible. The hotel was dirty & outdated. I slipped on wet concrete the first night, landed on my ribs and ended up checking out early the next day bc of unacceptable cleanliness and quality of property topped with pain from injury.

Bait and Switch Advertising!!!

For the location the appearance was that of a 1 or 2 star resort. The entrance and lobby were suggested 2 star resort at best. The Room furnitures are severely outdated and the decor needs immediate attention. Get a new designer! The beds are cheap and were extremely uncomfortable! The beds comfort level was just above a park bench. At least you know what to expect from a park bench., this was very disappointing stay. When you’re paying premium dollar, you expect comparable value.

The room itself was fine though the ac wasn't very cold and the phone didn't work.

The beach was gross. The indoor pool had styrofoam and trash floating in it. There was a constant smell of marijuana in the hallways, on the balcony, the beach and the parking lot. I did not feel safe having my family at this hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

The room was perfect for my two boys and I. It was clean and had all accommodations listed i.e. towels, dishes, toiletries. The room was very comfortable, however the resort is a bit dated and needs serious updates. My boys and I could have stayed in the room and just watched the ocean for at least 3 more weeks :-). Thanks for having us!
