UPGRDES GALORE!!!Looking for snow bird renters.. please reach out for deals for monthly winter booking!! Welcome to our spacious, tastefully decorated condo centrally located to all amenities in Myrtle Beach. This 3 Bedroom 3 bathroom condo can easily accommodate 12 people so the whole family can stay under the same roof in a beach front resort that offers indoor pool, beach front pool, splash pad and arcade. There is wrap around balcony that offers the most beautiful views of the Atlantic. We have provided a deal and ergonomic chair overlooking the ocean via the sliding door to make your work away from office a relaxing one !! There is a full kitchen along with washer and dryer within the unit. There are 2 parking spaces available for each unit within the building along with overflow parking in the lot within the resort. The resort offers a minimart for any last minute needs. Book your unforgettable family vacation at this condo and I bet you will be back for more!!

Note : The arcade in the lobby, the splash pad, indoor pool and beach facing pool are available for the guests but the street side water park and arcade are not available to guests .

Check in was easy once we received the code. Kitchen lacked decent pots and pans for cooking and was a small kitchen. Silverware was not enough for 10 people. Let’s just say I would not rent this Vrbo again.

Good location. Needs work

Overall the condo was nice. We ran into maintenance people fixing things without us knowing so that was a concern. Plumbing had issues. Water was way too hot for little children.View was excellent. Kitchen a bit small for a lot of people.

Amazing family experience

The property was just as discribed, so clean and was even ready before the stated time. The property manager was great with comunication and answered all questions. The room had a very homey feel and the view was amazing! We will be forsure booking again in the future!

The place was very clean, but one thing, make sure the bedding is clean because the pillows were kind of stain and one of the bathroom sinks stay clogged and the shower rods were rusty, but the place was nice. SORRY HAD TO TELL THE TRUTH.

Exactly What We Needed

The property was wonderful and was close to the beach! The balcony provided a nice view to observe the ocean from afar. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins frolic in the ocean from the balcony. If you’re planning on coming down here for a softball tournament, it’s a bit of a drive to Conway, but a hop skip to International Drive Sports Complex. We would stay here again!

Thanksgiving at the Besch

Perfect location and accommodations for brother, sister and spouses. Our sister hosted Thanksgiving at her home in Myrtle Beach. This 3 bedroom ocean view space was close enough to commute and spacious enough for our family of 8 get together. Everything was as advertised. We had a great trip. Thanks!

Great Place to Stay

This is a great place to stay. Very clean, nice three bedroom, three bath condo. Nice view of the beach. Owner was very helpful with a small issue we had and took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and good space

This was my VRBO stay with my sister and it 4 sons. The condo was the perfect size for a family of six and the beach views were great. Our only issue was the keypad upon entry as we could not get it to work. However, the owner was very responsive and helped us quickly gain access. It was an enjoyable stay!

This place was amazing! It suited our blended family rather well! Plenty of room for everyone! Loved the location, perfect beach area as well! Renting this property was a breeze and all our questions where answered! I would definitely go back in a heartbeat and rent this place! Great Location & Very Clean

The condo was spacious and very clean. The location is great! We had a bit of a problem checking in, but the owner was extremely responsive. I think that claiming that it sleeps 12 is a bit of a stretch. You would need to sleep 2 per double bed including the pull out couch in the living room. This would put 4 people in two of the bedrooms, 2 in the room with the king bed and 2 in the common room. It's possible, but probably not ideal for 12 adults. It was perfect for 6 adults. Loved that there are 3 full bathrooms!

Beautiful

I loved the cleanliness of the property I love the fact that each room has its own bathroom. Quiet neighborhood and everyone is friendly made the stay very comfortable! Definitely would do another stay here!!
