The property was clean and in a great location. Unfortunately, the unit pictures did not represent the unit well. Most all living room furniture had been changed out, and according to the pictures on VRBO, not necessarily for the better. The actual furniture in the unit appeared to be much older with a totally different 70"s kind of style. Although adequate, it was not extremely comfortable and certainly not as inviting and beachy looking as the online pictures portrayed it to be.Our biggest disappointment was the daily construction at the complex itself, and on what appeared to be a new ocean outfall pipe on the beach, in front of the complex, not the unit itself. This could have been, or should have been mentioned as these were and are ongoing lengthy projects, not just the 1 or 2 day quick in and out type of work, of which I'm sure the owners, complex administrators/managers, vendors, etc. were made well aware of.....The horrendous, earth shaking noise was the absolute worst and continued daily from approximately 8 a.m. until 6 p.m., except on Sunday. If not for the fact that we were mainly only there for bathing and sleeping (in the unit itself), we wouldn't have been able to handle it. We never complained or contacted the owner, as what could have been done at that point? In all fairness however I did think it relative to mention in an honest review of the property.
