Located on the 8th floor, this condo sleeps up to 4 and has 2 queen beds. Holiday Pavilion Condominium Tower is centrally located and is right on the boardwalk! Right beside RipTydz and Sky Wheel, this location can't get any better! Across the street, you are near the slingshot and many rides. This condo has a full-sized kitchen with full-sized appliances and HDTV, along with a small table. This condo faces directly to the ocean and overlooks the boardwalk, pier, and pool, along with enclosed HEATED Pools in the winter! Private Balcony to enjoy your morning coffee with this great view! Centrally located in the heart of Myrtle Beach! Just minutes from Broadway at the Beach, The Airport, The Boardwalk, Many Restaurants, golfing, bars, entertainment/shows, and more! Location, Location!

The very best about this property is its location - right on the boardwalk and the beach, steps from Pier 14 and a variety of shops, restaurants, arcades, and the Sky Wheel. The view of the beach from the balcony is everything! The room itself was adequate; it is a privately owned hotel room, turned condo. The hotel staff is hard-working and courteous, but they do not work for the privately owned units. One major drawback was the fact that there was only one key card for 3 adults - a serious inconvenience, but not a “deal breaker.” Overall, we were pleased with our vacation location!

Do not recommend a stay

I requested numerous time for a call from Julie and did not received a call - this property was not what was presented on VRBO and the management company did not seem to care. The property did not have a fitness center even though listed as an amenity. Nothing was provided even though the bathroom photo shows several tubes of shampoo, soap, etc. The unit is in disrepair with damaged walls, baseboards, corners, missing paint, damaged light plates, numerous plugs are loose and won’t hold a plug, the toilet was incorrectly set when installed and is not stable which was a safety concern. The towels were old and stained. The room smelled musty and wet which concerned me for mold. The room was not properly cleaned and disinfected with a visible dirt, dust, the coffee maker had old grounds left in the filter, and the patio was dirty with sand and old food crumbs and cigarette butts. The booking charges a large cleaning fee and $150 deposit for damage and the unit clearly has not been maintained. We were beyond disappointed in this rental. We travel regularly and have never been this shocked at the condition of a property and the lack of customer service and attention to concerns. This property is right in the center of the action in Myrtle Beach and can be loud at times. After two nights and numerous texts, emails, and a call with Julie's assistant, we were moved to another unit for our final two nights. The second unit was clean and in a better location.

Nice Hotel with a few issues.

Loved the location and pools. There were four of us and we only got one key to the elevator so that was a bit of an inconvenience. Also having to walk our garbage two blocks over to a very smelly dumpster. Also did not like the fact that you could be charge for almost everything. If you stained the pillow cases there was a fee. If you stained the towels there was a fee. If you changed the input on the TV and didn’t put it back there on as a fee($75). If you didn’t take your garbage to the dumpster two blocks over there was a fee. If you didn’t pick up the room or left the room needing what they call excessive cleaning there was a fee. If you left f fee ood in the fridge or cabinet there was a fee. If you left something on the balcony (chairs/umbrellas) there was a fee. If you were not out of the room by 10:00 am there was a fee($50 per hour).
