Comfortable and Clean Townhouse, One Block From beach

Welcome to Gulfstream Cottages 312! This beautifully decorated, two-bedroom, two-bath townhouse has all the necessary furniture, electronics, and appliances and is less than a five-minute walk away from the beach.

This rental features:

-Bedroom #1: hardwood floor, King-sized bed with firm mattress, desk, dresser,1080p HDTV

-Bedroom #2: hardwood floor, queen-size bed, a bunk bed (two twin beds, upper twin bed only for child), dresser, 1080p HDTV

-Bathrooms: two bathrooms, combination tub/shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap provided

-Living room: wood floors and traditional furnishings with queen-size sleeper sofa, 50' HD smart TV with Ruko streaming channels and DVD player, High speed, Free Wi-Fi access (standard internet)

-Fully equipped kitchen with appliances, plates, bowls, paper towel, utensils, and cookware

-Dining area: dining table seating for four, and two counter seating

-Linens and towels, laundry with washer and dryer

-Enclosed backyard with patio with a charcoal grill and table/chairs seating for four

-Covered front porch with comfortable chairs

Great Beach House

My family of three spent a week at this cute beach house located just a couple of blocks from the beach. It was in a great, convenient location and the property owner was very professional to work with. The pool was very nice as well. We would recommend as a home away from home at the beach.

Wonderful home

The owners have a lovely home. Well furnished and well kept plus the owners are extremely attentive and respond via text to any question during your stay almost immediately. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this unit.

The house is pristine,and the location is perfect for beach lovers.

The home owner is very welcoming, the house is very comfortable, very close to the beach and the beds are perfect for those of us who want a firm mattress. Kitchen is fully equipped. I would certainly be happy to stay there again

Great location

Location was perfect and central to what we wanted to do. We had two boys with us and they loved the bunk beds. Truly a 5 minute walk to the beach. The check-in and out instructions were very detailed.

Lily's place is fantastic and I would highly recommend staying here. The place was immaculate and Lily provides lots of little extra touches, lots of towels, extra pillows, laundry detergent packets, and all the basic necessities. I also love the South End location. I will be a repeat customer.

Perfect in every way.

From the personal messages to the amenities in the cottage, it could not have been better. Absolutely love this cottage, the location is perfect and a home away from home. Been to other rentals, this one was the best. Hats off to the owner, this is a gem. Walking distance to the beach and the grocery store as well as a trinket shop. Perfect in every way.

Great stay for our family!

Overall this listing was spot on. All the amenities, how close it is to everything, Lily is quick to respond, it truly had everything you need, and we stayed for a week. This was our first time visiting myrtle beach and we are already wanting to come back in summer months and would absolutely rent this house again!Only reason I gave it a 4 in cleanliness is some of the walls could use a cleaning. Also, the wheels on the bottom rack of the dishwasher are not there so be careful pulling it out, but it still works! Id give the house like a 4.8 stars out of 5 overall!

PERFECT!!!!!

The town house was perfect! My husband and my best friend along with her granddaughter enjoyed the house immensely. We were able to entertain my son and his family who were also visiting Myrtle beach staying in a resort that was 4 miles away. The house being just ONE BLOCK from the beach was the BEST part of the trip. There were no issues with anything in the house. We will definitely stay again! Thanks for everything Lily!

A diamond in the rough....what a place!!!

We loved this house so much! Would definitely come back again. Super clean, decorated nicely and the little touches....night lights, dvr's to watch movies upstairs, little bottles of shampoo and tiny bars of soap in bathrooms (just like a first rate hotel does). Loved the door with an access code...no worries with a key or having to go to another location to pick up a key. Location was great! Close to restaurants and the Market Commons! Our kids loved how it was "just like home". Thanks again!

Great vacation house.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything that we needed. About a block and a half from the beach. Easy walking distance. The pool was nice and clean. The kids really enjoyed it. We liked that you can walk to many places including mini golf, ice cream and souvenir shops. Would stay here again.

Wonderful home and host

We had a great vacation at this beach getaway. The home was clean and just as advertised. The location is perfect and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, putt putt golf, etc. The owner was very easy to reach when I had a question. I highly recommend this vacation home and host!

Cute cottage

This was a great property with plenty of room for our family. The location was great- walkable to the beach, mini golf, and some shopping. A short drive to many other areas to shop and play. Owner was quick to respond and made check in a breeze. Would stay again!

Adorable home

The house is in need of a deep cleaning but you don’t notice it if you aren’t looking closely. My teenage daughter has a fear of spiders so she noticed every cobweb. The staircase is a little steep but other than that the home served our family of 6 perfectly.
