Charming family townhouse only one block from the beach.

Perfect location. Only 1 block and a very short walk to the beach. You can catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. Nestled in the middle of Myrtle Beach with miniature golf, the boardwalk, shops, arcade and many restaurants all in walking distance, yet a block off the main strip to get away from the chaos of the many condos and tourists. Although only 2 bedroom, this townhouse can sleep 15, but it is more comfortable with 8-10. The Master bedroom has a queen size bed to sleep 2, the second room is quite large with 3 bunk beds (consisting of a double mattress on the bottom and single mattress on top) that can sleep a total of 9, and a comfortable Capnapper couch that lays flat into a bed and can sleep 4 . The town house also has a full kitchen and laundry room.

The check in process was super easy, Dawn was super easy to get into contact with about any questions and was very kind! The property was bigger than we expected and everything was so nice! We had ten people and plenty of space for us all. Perfect distance from the beach as well. Would definitely stay again.

Family Get Away

It was wonderful! Usually I like to stay on the beach, but i didn’t have a problem because the beach was just a very short walk. We had our 4 year old granddaughter with us and she enjoyed it so much. The house was so clean and just right for us. The host Ms. Dawn was always available and very quick to answer if we needed her! Thank you again Ms. Dawn for trusting us witj your home.

Short walk to the beach

the townhouse was clean and had all the necessities, including the beach wagon, chairs, boogie boards, and other items for the beach that I was not expecting to be there. Listing stated that it was one block to the beach, but it was actually two. No biggie. All grocery stores were in walking distatnce. Tons of restaurants nearby. Communication with the host was quickly responded to. Not the greatest location on the Grand Strand, but definitely worth the price.

Great location and cozy condo

The location is amazing for plenty of stuff to do, the only downside is the the bunk beds were a bit hard for the kids. But the couch was absolutely comfy and the condo itself was very homey and comfy. Highly recommended.

Family Friendly

Last minute short trip with family from out of state. Owners were quick to respond to me when I missed an email or had a question. The location to beach access, restaurants and grocery stores make this a perfect spot while you're at MB. I would say the only negative was the building cady-corner to it is a little run down and has some sketchy people living there. But we had no problems with the actual townhouse at all. Inexpensive and better space than a hotel.

Amazing vacation

We were so happy staying at this house and felt right at home. The house was perfectly located near the beach and other attractions in the area. Beds were comfortable bathrooms well stocked. I look forward to staying here again. Thanks Dawn for everything. Until next time Myrtle beach!!!!
