Definitely wanting room 1101 again!

Loved the location, room, view. It was just what my bestie and I were looking for to relax for a weekend. I especially loved the balcony door in the king room. I would have given 5 stars on everything but had issues getting the door unlocked. After the second time it wouldn’t let us in they did a reset and we had no issues from there. I was impressed. Coming back!

Views for the 4th

We choose this place because of the view online, it did not dissapoint!!! The unit was on the beach just a few blocks from the main attractions on Ocean Blvd, able to park tbe car & walk. The unit itself was spacious & clean. The building & amenities were decent. We would stay here again.

Great location and nice place

Beautiful place but there was sand in all the beds on our arrival and the floor turned our feet black. Sink drains slow, low water pressure, no hair dryer in master bath. No public bathroom in pool area.

Great views

Direct Oceanfront view can't be beat. Sunny balcony for morning coffee is wonderful. Very comfortable condo.

It was ok

It was ok for a quick get away. Nothing to major as expected on the picture the inside pool was closed the inside of the hotel needs remodeling real bad it’s like an old rinky dinky place. The front desk wasn’t welcoming there was no welcome to our business thanks for staying anything also u had to purchase your own ice that was very skeptical as the fridge didn’t get as cold as needed. The view to the Cowan was great. The door knobs n doors was falling off it was just ridiculous. Kids enjoyed but as grown ups we knew they deserved a much more secured place

A good family getaway

Small building but it has all you need. It’s an older building but it’s clean. Overall, it was a good stay. The only issue we had was the fact that the cleaners were not finished in our unit for an hour after check in time. After 16 hours on the road it was not enjoyable to be locked out of the unit with all our stuff for that long! We would stay there again though.

Nice 2 bedroom condo

We stayed for bike week and brought our kids and babysitter with us. The layout was nice, bed rooms were well decorated, nice flat screen TVs, the master bed was so comfortable (probably the most comfortable we’ve had on a vacation actually), the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need. The view from the condo and balcony was beautiful. The only downfalls we had was that refrigerator wouldn’t seal correctly and our food and drinks overnight didn’t stay cold. We just placed a chair against it to hold it closed though. Then by the last few days it was like forcing it closed with the chair had corrected the seal and it was fine after that. Also, the paint on the master bedroom door was peeling and my 10 month old daughter kept trying to peel it off and put it in her mouth. Other than that it was a great stay!!!

Not The Best

There were many shortcomings with this unit. The garbage disposal didn't work, the exhaust fan in the master bedroom bathroom didn't work, the shower drain was so slow that by the time your shower was finished you were standing in 3 inches of water. The couch was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Perhaps the most frustrating was that all the TVs worked on a streaming service. There was no access to live, network TV. No ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS. No ESPN, FOX Sports or any other sports channels. Couldn't watch Saturday college football games, Sunday NFL football, NASCAR, etc. Couldn't watch regular evening programming. It was limited to old TV shows (watched a lot of the original MacGyver series). And to make it worse, there were long periods when nothing worked on the TV, sometimes several hours. Did have a cockroach running across the ceiling. We got it. Maybe it was the only one. While we were disappointed with the room, Myrtle Beach is a great place to vacation and we enjoyed what the area has to offer.

Could be so much better

I really wanted to love this property and it was good not great. The beds were horribly uncomfortable with just a sheet on the mattress. Ew! One of the beds cut my daughter’s leg because it had a piece of metal sticking out of it. The couch slanted toward the middle very bad. You slid into the middle regardless of where you sat. The master shower curtain had mold and needed washed. We stayed 10 days. I contacted management for trash bags, toilet paper and batteries for the remote. No one called back. A family of 4 needs more than 1 trash bag and 2 rolls of tp. The appliances were rusting and just older. The view was AMAZING. Right on the beach and the lazy river was great. Close to everything and great parking. Loved the hardwood floors and it was clean. If the made a couple upgrades it would be amazing.

Older building with enjoyable condo.

Being on the 11th floor with ocean front balcony sold it. Multiple bedrooms with bathrooms worked out well for young kids. layout with kitchen, table and living area adds nicely to the stay. Beds are fine and shower meh. Biggest drawback isn't the condo but older building. Broken boardwalk to beach causing you to walk through parking lot, pool area desperately screaming for a cleaning and a building that resembles a inner city apartment hold this place back between good and being great. All in all nice place to stay with a great location in heart of Myrtle Beach.

Wonderful place!

This was our first time in Myrtle beach and first time staying at the property. The rooms were AMAZING! We arrived to a clean, well stocked place that had everything we needed for the week. The views were breathtaking and the location was great! Within walking distance to everything! Super stay! Will definitely be back!

Many issues during our stay.

Upon check-in, we arrived at @4:15 and when we opened the door, the place was a mess. There was a cleaning lady working and said that no one told her anyone was checking in. We had to wait an additional 20 minutes standing on the balcony waiting for her to finish the room. When she came out, nothing was said to us. We asked if we could go in, and she told us that she was contacting the owner of the unit. She also told us that the toilet in the master would not flush and then a repair man would come by. That never happened the entire trip. I had to finagle the toilet the entire week. It also would run throughout the night. Had to keep the door shut in order to sleep. The front door did not close entirely and there was a major draft. It did lock, just no seal. The master tub does not drain properly. Usually takes 30 mins to drain. We had to put a trash bag in the trashcan as there was not one when we arrived. I contacted Vacasa and after going through with the first agent about the late check in, I was placed on hold. Another agent picked up and I had to start over. The second agent told me that I would receive a call later that evening. I never did. When I spoke to the front desk, they informed me that the unit was not managed by them and there was nothing they could do.

Great view

Property was good the view was incredible location was incredible the owners of this unit should really reconsider with vacasa because they have really let them down in their maintenance and communication department took several days to get issues addressed until I ask for refunds did anybody care to get back in touch with me,moldy shower curtains and tub drain stopped up did not get address for two days and spent hours on hold trying to get a hold of someone that’s the reason for the low review but the beach location was perfect for our family
