BEAUTIFUL CARROLL BEACH HOUSE DOWNSTAIRS UNIT

Looking for a recently updated beach house with plenty of room for the whole family? Look no further! We have taken great pride in making this the perfect getaway! It is located just a few steps away from the grand strand and within walking distance to Main street in North Myrtle Beach! It features four spacious rooms and two full bathrooms! It has a large front yard so parking is not an issue! We have corn hole boards and several other outdoor family activities!
Rocking chairs on the large front porch supply the perfect area to relax and enjoy the ocean view and sea breeze!

Fully furnished kitchen with plenty of seating for the whole family! All cookware is supplied!

Linens and towels are included. Beach towels are not provided. There is an initial supply of toilet paper and paper towels to get you started for your stay.

Parking for multiple vehicles!

The house has two units. Upstairs and downstairs. Both units can be reserved if booking is available. Each unit has 4 bed 2 bath.

Please note check out time is firmly 10am. Any party still in the property after 10am on check out day will be subject to fees for additional stay. Please note our cancellation policy as listed when you book. We do not give refunds for trips that are cancelled due to weather or other circumstances. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance in the event your trip must be cancelled.

GREAT location

The location is GREAT! Beach is a 2 minute walk, restaurants, bar, ice cream, and shopping are an easy 10 minute walk by sidewalk or the beach. The house is cozy and clean. Entire family enjoyed the stay so we rebooked for next year.

First and last time...

The description of the property was misleading. Says enjoy oceanfront view when we can only see across the street. Took us 4 minutes to walk to the water. Communicating the host about the refrigerator, room and etc no response at all. This was my first time booking through vrbo and this is my last time.

Horrible Experience

Although the location was nice, the house has no curb appeal, bathrooms weren't clean, doors were broken, beds were uncomfortable and sunk in the middle, showers were terrible and had rusted shower rod and old inner shower curtain that could be changed after each guest, washer and dryers were dirty, TVs do not work, no internet connection,. The overall experience was horrible.

Carroll Beach House was everything we sought in a rental! Convenient location (only 5 blocks from Main St.) and yet private (30 yards back off of Ocean Boulevard) with ample parking. A veritable oasis of serenity situated in the midst of any/all modern conveniences, amenities and attractions! HIGHLY recommend consideration of this lovely little cottage for the supreme Ocean Drive experience! CKC

The location was great and we loved the big front yard. Plenty of parking, beach right across the street. Bars and restaurants walking distance. The house was cleaned up but wasn’t cleaned. We found old marshmallows in the plant that’s in the dining room. Some of the kitchen stuff like can opener blender and other random things looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The bathroom sink was clogged. Also a big thing for some might be that one of the bedrooms are through another bedroom. Honestly tho I’d definitely stay again. The owners communication was fast. They had little notes with recommendations that was nice. Home needs some work but like I said for the price and location I’d definitely stay again.

Great location, 4th bedroom is weird

The house is in a great location; walk a couple of houses down, cross the street, and you're at the beach. Good condition for a beach house. Not "fancy/nice", but everything was functional and not gross. Plenty of parking in the front yard. The 4 bedrooms are good size, not big, but not small. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes and some pots and pans. The dining area and living room are a little small. There is seating for 4 in each room, but you can bring in a couple chairs from the patio to seat more. The main reason I gave this house a 4 instead of a 5 is that you have to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to another, and that is not mentioned on the listing. It can make it a bit tricky for putting kids to bed early, and possible privacy issues. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Roommate Vacation

The location of this property is amazing. Right near all the shops and restaurants in North Myrtle Beach and right across the street from the beach! Everything was in walking distance. The property had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as indoor and outdoor living space. Very clean as well. The owners were extremely communicative and answered all our questions and brought us a few more towels when asked. It was the quintessential beach cottage and we would totally rent this property again. Thanks for a great experience!!!
