Beachfront King Suite, Amazing Ocean Views & Only Steps to the Beach! RENOVATED
Welcome to Southern Exposure! Our unit was fully renovate in 2025. New floors, woodwork, quartz countertops and paint. We have also added a new queen size sleeper sofa, new king size mattress in the Bedroom and added a coffee/wine bar with wine chiller.
***Notice**** The Ocean Outfall Project that has been underway for the past 14 months is almost complete but will be on-going through winter/early spring 2026 but could be complete possibly earlier. It consists of a temporary pier that was built to install the stormwater pipes under the sand out in the ocean that allows runoff water from the area to be transported 1500' out in to the ocean which will result in a cleaner beach. The work is being performed on the property adjacent to ours. It was supposed to be complete by the end of January 2026 but is running a bit behind. You can still enjoy and walk the beautiful beach and many guests have commented that they enjoyed watching the cranes work. This is one of those things that is beyond my control but we are very happy that it is underway and almost complete because it ensures the future beauty of Myrtle Beach beaches. We have had only 1 guest in the past year that didn't care for the beach project during his stay.
Come enjoy our updated 7th floor oceanfront condo with amazing views and direct beach access. You are literally just steps from the beach right out your back door. It is also a corner unit which allows the sunshine to pour in and keep the entire unit nice and bright.
If you choose to cook you can now do that in our newly updated kitchen as of February 2024. Update includes all new modern appliances, cabinets, quartz countertop and backsplash. The galley kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven, stove and microwave and everything you need to prepare meals and snacks.
The living room features floor to ceiling windows to take in beautiful sunrises and access your oceanfront lanai where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The living room also has a queen-size sofa sleeper allowing for a total accommodation of 4 guests.
After a day on the beach and an evening of visiting one of the many nearby area restaurants or attractions you can relax in your spacious king suite that features a comfortable king bed (new mattress in 2025) and Roku TV where you can sign in to your own streaming accounts.
As a guest you have access to all that the Palms Resort has to offer. It has both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and also a grassy area with lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing. Also available for your convenience is an onsite fitness room and coin operated or mobile app washers and dryers.
This unit is located in a walkable, and a bit quieter, area than some areas further south but it is still within walking distance to the main attractions, shops and restaurants. There is a Starbucks within 4 blocks in either direction on Ocean Blvd and many great restaurants all within walking distance. We are also only a few blocks away from the Convention Center.
This is NON-smoking resort meaning there is to be no smoking of any kind or vaping in rooms, pool areas or on balconies. Reports of smoking in this unit will lead to guests being asked to leave. Guests will be responsible for all costs associated with HOA fines, odor removal and/or damages. Even though this is a non-smoking resort, unfortunately, we cannot control the activities of other renters in other units.
Upon check-in, you will find a STARTER PACK of toiletries and paper products. You will need to provide your own when these items have been used up. A starter pack consists of 1 roll each of toilet paper and paper towel, a small shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, dish soap and 1 kitchen towel.
This unit is privately owned and rented through this site and is not affiliated with the on- site rental program. Staff at the front desk in the lobby of the other Palms tower are unable to provide any assistance. You should contact the host or follow any contact information provided to you in the unit.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Place your bagged garbage outside the unit on floor 7 between Units 704 & 705 where it says "Place Trash Here" This is only a few steps from your door
Wash & put away all dishes and clean out fridge
Return items from the bedroom closet back to closet & hang in their designated hook/location.
If you used pullout couch please leave in open position so the cleaning crew knows that it has been used
Please return the parking pass to the unit and hang on one of the upper kitchen cabinet door knobs.

There is a strict NO Smoking OF ANY KIND Policy. Complaints of smoking anywhere in or on the property will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
No Parties are allowed on the Palms property, in the unit or on the balcony.
Pest Control is onsite the 2nd Tuesday each month. If your stay is on this day you must let them in. You do not need to be there, It takes 5 minutes.
