Family vacation

This was my little family’s first vacation and we had a blast, we didn’t want to leave. The room fit us all and the view was great. Would definitely go back and book again.

Perfect for us

This was perfect for the getaway that me and husband needed! There was an ample amount of pool space, water slides, and hot tubs. We were able to walk straight onto the beach. The property manager was very responsive anytime we asked a question. I would absolutely stay here again. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of how outdated the hotel is and we killed one cockroach in our bathroom. We never seen another one. Will hopefully be back next year with our kiddos because there were so many things for them to do here!

Not exactly what we thought it was

Room was ok, it was clean had mostly everything that the owner said it would but the room had a very musty old beer smell to that never went away. The AC barely kept up and the entire room was just generally worn out.The hotel was a hot mess. Probably the dirtiest I’ve ever been in. The pools were unkept and dirty most of our stay. Some elevators didn’t work. Ice machines were on every other floor on the opposite side of the hotel (which is huge) and the parking garage was across the street, even with a connection bridge it was a very long walk. Pools were generally full of unattended kids running wild and all of the pool chairs were full of drunken parents who didn’t care. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel for a family. Not to mention the price of this room was nearly 3 times the hotel next door, and it had a clean pool. I understand that the hotel is not the room owners responsibility but they do go together in the package.

Disappointed

Disappointed in resort and unit. The resort was run down and poorly maintained. The pool area was not kept tidy. One day the garbage bin was running over. There was nobody checking on the cleanliness of the area. The front desk staff was not very knowledgeable about the resort. The unit itself was poorly maintained as well and needs some TLC. It was not as it was listed/advertised. The listing stated that there where beach chairs which there where not. It states that there is a kitchenette which is actually a wet bar with a tiny sink. States that there is a stove which is actually a hot plate in a box under the sink! No decent cookware to do much more than boil water and no cooking utensils. Some of the photos are not even this unit! I see he has updated some of the amenity listings since I complained to him. I would not recommend this unit or resort.
