The only good thing I can say about this property is the front desk was friendly. But it absolutely ends there. The whole property was out dated the staff was rude. All the pools were dirty and needed to be cleaned. The room was in complete shambles there were holes in every wall the beds both beds were broken they sagged in the middle there were missing light bulbs the patio was dirty and all yhe counter tops were either cracked or broken. This place was a complete waist of money Had this not been our first vacation in 5 years I would have left and never came back. And on top of the room being the worst place we ever stayed every time we stepped on to the patio we had to smell marjuana we told the front desk but there was nothing they could do. Our last day was the worst one we went down to breakfast but could not get back in our room our keys had been deactivated so we had to get them reactivated so we could get our things and leave. And wouldn’t you know it as we were leaving our room lo and behold what do we see a roach!!!! Please what ever you do find another place to stay Monterey bay should close the doors do some remodeling and never let another person stay in conditions like that again. Do better!
