  • Perched on the 17th floor of the prestigious Anderson Ocean Club (a Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort), this beautifully renovated 1BR/1BA condo delivers direct oceanfront views and modern coastal elegance in one of Myrtle Beach's most sought-after buildings.



    NOTE: Indoor pool will close for repairs in October, and re-open sometime in November



    Sleeps up to 8 comfortably with two queen beds, a pull-down Murphy bed (double), and a pull-out sofa (double) — ideal for families or groups. Recent upgrades include LVP flooring, fresh furniture and décor, LED lighting, a new HVAC system, and a 55" Roku TV. Step out onto your private oceanfront balcony for unforgettable sunrises, or unwind in the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, cherry cabinets, and a K-cup coffee maker. A stacked washer/dryer makes longer stays a breeze.



    Extra touches: Owner-provided boogie boards, board games and puzzles for the whole family, plus starter toiletries and cleaning supplies to get you settled in comfortably from day one.

The Anderson is a very nice property, right on the ocean. Room very nice, 17th flooring facing ocean with balcony. Six elevators but usually during our stay two or three off line. Very cramped loading and unloading but just a personal dislike. Overall a nice stay.

Excellent location. Excellent service

The place was very nice! Location was excellent and the service/help was excellent when we needed it. We had an issue the first night with the sofa bed and I emailed Chanda and she sent out the maintenance person early that same day to fix it. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Perfect for family vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! The location was perfect, the unit was clean and exactly as pictured (including the exceptional ocean view), and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze. The valet (Cody) assisted me with getting our luggage and two young sons to the room so my husband could park the car, even knowing we were staying in a private rental and not true hotel guests. Possibly due to the fact that I was in an arm cast, but he still had no obligation and kindly offered to help anyway. Communication with host was friendly and helpful. Chanda was always quick to respond! We visited in February so the indoor heated pool was a huge plus. This was a fantastic location and we will definitely be looking to book here again for future trips!

Family Reunion

The property shown was just as listed. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful and being eight floors up from all the pool distractions was great! Parking lot was less than a block away with plenty of parking spaces. I would recommend this property for a wonderful time at Myrtle Beach.

Our stay was amazing we absolutely enjoyed it and we loved how everything is so close by as well but the only thing was that there was no can opener, mixer , and a baking dish but that’s the only little complaint we had everything else was amazing and wonderful the pools the lazy river the view , it was all amazing and the condo was pretty big and had a lot of room for all of us which we absolutely loved to and it’s an amazing place to stay for vacation.

Perfect spot for our family of 5

We had a lovely stay st Chanda’s property! We stay at the Anderson property every summer so we knew what to expect. The condo itself was lovely. It was a bonus that we could save some money renting a one bedroom and there was plenty of space for our family. It was my husband, me, and our three kids ages 11, eight, and six. Originally we had planned for the kids to be out in the living room, but since my husband and I tend to be early risers, we wanted to be able to have access to the living area so we ended up putting the kids in the bedroom and my husband and I slept on the Murphy bed, which was perfectly comfortable for a few nights. Even though it was winter, the indoor pool and hot tub were open and our kids really enjoyed swimming. One thing to know is that the free mini golf course across the street was closed when we were there in February. There are other places where you can pay to play mini golf on the island however. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect, we enjoyed beach walks and plenty of indoor pool time. We were very comfortable and would love to come back.

Beautiful views and condo

We loved our stay at this condo and would come back. Beautiful views. Clean condo. Comfortable beds. Nice parking garage within close walking distance. The pool indoor is heated and pools outside are not heated. Hot tub indoor and outdoor was nice too. Bonus tip: check out the Polynesian Fire Luau show-will not disappoint! Can’t wait to come back.

Great Family Stay at Great Clean Property

Great rental in a very clean resort right on the beach! Great location right down the road from Broadway at the Beach and near everything. Beds were comfortable and the murphy bed was very useful for our daughter. Good communication from the owners and we didn't have a single issue on our stay. Unloading your car under the building was very useful and made check in very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again!

Great family spot

Everything inside the room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Would not recommend coffee from the shop downstairs though! Starbucks is close by and worth traveling to. Miniature golf course could use a really good clean up but it was free so we couldn't complain. There are very nice staff there especially the hard working staff at the pool Overall great stay !

We sure enjoyed our stay! So beautiful is the view…right on the ocean! We hopefully will be able to.

Rooms are a little tired but still very nice. Outdoor hot tub was only Luke warm.
