    Welcome to your beachfront retreat on Shore Drive! This well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers stunning oceanfront views and a prime location directly on the beach. Ideal for up to 6 guests, the condo features:

    Key Features:
    • Master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom
    • Second bedroom with two twin beds
    • Living area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space
    • Fully-equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and 4-slot toaster
    • Dining options: dine at the cozy table or enjoy your meals on the private balcony overlooking the ocean

    On-site Amenities:
    • Communal outdoor pool and patio area for lounging and sunbathing
    • On-site laundry facilities for convenience
    • Parking is limited to one vehicle per unit

    Things to Note:
    • Nearby attractions: Barefoot Landing, Tanger Outlet Mall, Broadway at the Beach, and the Boardwalk for shopping, dining, and entertainment

    • Direct beach access for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing
    • Minimum booking age: 25
    • You must also provide a copy of your drivers license and sign our rental agreement in order to book.
    • Please note that some amenities, such as pools and hot tubs, may be seasonal and subject to availability depending on the time of year. Feel free to reach out to us for specific opening dates and availability during your stay.
    • No pets allowed and non-smoking property
    • We do not rent to locals

    All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

    Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

    Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

    Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

The condo was clean enough for our stay. The bathrooms and bedding were clean, which mattered most to us. That said, the unit could use a deeper cleaning and some general upkeep. We noticed stains on the walls, quite a few paint dings, dust, bugs on the window sill, sand on the deck floor, and a noticeable smell. None of this affected our stay, but it stood out compared with other VRBO properties we’ve stayed in. On a positive note, the grounds were wonderful, and the ocean access was excellent. We would stay at APATB VI building C again. There was a TV missing and they fixed the issue the next day by bringing one, much appreciated.

For a family with young children, the place was good enough. The oceanfront view was amazing, but it was hard to enjoy because the balcony was dirty, even the furniture. The condo would definitely benefit from a remodel, it was mostly clean, but everything is old and furniture is not in great condition. The property itself wasn’t bad, although we were only allowed one parking pass because the lot is so small. The pool was the best part. It was very clean and had plenty of seating. The property may benefit from increased pest control. We did find one large cockroach and other small bugs throughout our stay in our unit. Lastly, we were offered an early check in and we paid for one. However, when we got to the unit early, the door code did not work. We stood outside our unit for 40 minutes until I was able to finally get in contact with someone about the door code. I was refunded for the early check in fee, so the issue was resolved, but was not a good start to our vacation. Overall, this property was okay.

Our overall stay was OK, but we had an experience here that I want other potential renters to know about. The first night we got in our car got towed. We had just gotten to the property, and we took our belongings upstairs to unpack a little. About 20 minutes to a half hour later, I went downstairs to put the parking pass in the car to find that our car was gone. Initially thought maybe it had been stolen, but after a call to the police and then the towing company, we found out that Coastal Towing (Coastline Body Shop) had towed our car. I immediately contacted the rental agency we rented from to be told it had nothing to do with them, and it was not their responsibility. They agreed to contact the HOA and get back to me....which they never did. We also never heard from the HOA or the owner. Over the course of the week, we spoke to two other families that had the same thing happen to them....one of them had a baby, and all the babies things were still in the car. So obviously if this happened to 3 of us within a few days, it's a common practice there. Once the car is gone, no one involved with the property cares, and your only choice is to pay to get your car back. Moral of the story....have someone stay in the car until you go upstairs and get your parking pass. This is a predatory towing company that is preying on vacationers, and no one cares. So I can't say the room was terrible, but the experience certainly was.
