Perfect family getaway

My stay was perfect and we enjoyed how convenient the location was. The size of the pool was great for any size family. I also ran into the pool cleaner and was super surprised how management take care this property. I will be booking this place again.

Great place to stay

Unit A worked out well for our group. Perfect for 8 families with lots of space to gather to eat and play games in the main area. Owners and office staff were very responsive to all of our groups needs. Check in and checkout process was simple, unit was easy to find and very close to the beach, stores and food. Great options for a large group on a budget.

Family vacation

Check in was confusing. Icemaker in one of the fridges was broken. Maintenance came, supposedly fixed it, but it never worked. Toaster always blew a fuse. Couch was covered with dirt spots. Front door needs a major cleaning or paint job. No outdoor sitting area. Outdoor area not well maintainedit

Amazing Place for a large family Reunion

We really enjoyed our stay at Myrtle Beach. The place was nice and clean. Having two fridges in the kitchen along with the long table made meal times and playing games easy peasy. The beach was just a few blocks away and we easily walked to it every day during our stay. All the kids loved the pool. Would absolutely stay with a large group again.

Great for groups

This property was in a great location and very close to the beach (2 min walk). We play a lot of softball at Grand Park and to have a place within 10 min that accommodates 20 players and wives is great.

Property review

The property was clean and had plenty of parking during the off season. It was good that it had so many rooms, beds, and bathrooms, but some of the beds were actually rollaways with little support. The dining area and kitchen were just as advertised. Several of the outlets in the kitchen did not work, and the disposal was loud, as if something might have been left inside. Please repair exterior light in the pool area which flashed all day and night long--your next renters will appreciate it!

The Compound Is Great for Groups

This place is strange but great - it's got 12 big beds / 8 baths per unit with no closets or other amenities inside. It's clean and generally nice and was perfect for our group of 20 guys. Only one of the grills was usable - it worked fine but was pretty run down. The pool was full of water. It's only ~2 blocks to the beach and right next door to pizza hut for all of your pizza and/or hut needs. Coordinating with the owners was easy as could be. Good place.

Enjoyed stay til neighboring guest arrived two days before leaving. They stayed up past midnight screaming in the pool. Area outside needed cleaning including all the grills

7 families in one house, 10 teenagers, softball every day, wonderful trip and a wonderful house that had enough room for all of us

The house was very spacious. There were plenty of utensils and the space accommodated my group.

Parking was our only issue. We only got 4 spaces for 16 people. The neighbors parked in our space and many times we were blocked in.

April 2019 Golf Trip

The unit was very clean and the local support staff was very quick to respond & resolve the few minor issues we encountered. When we had a questions they responded to our text queries within a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff makes all the difference in our vacation experience. We will definitely book again.

Clean, exactly like the pictures

Pool area was nice, everywhere around the property was clean. Very short walk to the beach, corner store and pizza hut is basically next door. 5 minute drive to Wal-Mart. Sound proofed, music cannot be heard from outside. Perfect for get togethers as everyone could have their own bathroom / bed. Will definitely come back again, thank you so much.

Absolutely Perfect!

I recently stayed here along with 70 students and chaperones on a school field trip. This property is EXACTLY like the picture: stunning! The house is fully functional, modern, high quality furnishings and a fully stocked kitchen with top of the line cookware. The property was clean, safe, and enjoyable! The on-call maintenance contact was easily accessible and responsive when we had a maintenance issue. We will definitely stay here again if we have another trip in this area.
