This condo was clean and had all the bc amenities we needed. We sat for hours on the balcony enjoying the view and sounds of the waves.

Family Getaway

This was a really nice property, stayed on the 5th floor. Ocean side was awesome as we took the time to sit on the patio quite a bit. Beautiful sunrises! Could have left more kitchen towels as there was only one. Was a perfect place for my husband and I and our two adult sons. It was nice and clean and no foul smells, except on Sunday night when we had our patio door open and someone next to us was cooking. The stinky smell came into our Condo. The place was easy access to beach and coffee shop and shopping. We would definitely stay here again! Also when needed to ask a question our texts were answered right away. Thanks for a great family vacation!

Very Nice Condo!

NOTE IF BOOKING SPRING 2025: I did not count this against the ratings, because the owner has no control over it, but check to see if the pier construction is finished before booking! The noise made the balcony unusable during the day. ANYWAY...if you're visiting AFTER construction is finished, the condo is lovely. :) It's bright and spacious, with a great layout, beautiful views, nice appliances, and nice furniture--sturdy without being ugly. It looked and smelled SPOTLESS when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable. The guest room is big, and is at the opposite end of the unit from the master with direct access to the main bathroom, so everyone has privacy. The kitchen is well-stocked. Appliances were new. It felt more like living in someone's home than a "rental." The parking garage is barely a block away, and it's an easy walk. The breakfast place is also nearby and the buffet breakfasts were good with very friendly service. Free breakfasts are definitely a nice perk! The beach is easy to access, and is wide, mostly level (great for long walks), with lots of shells to hunt for. Before the pier construction, we regularly saw dolphins. The location is central to everything, with lots of shopping, dining, golf and attractions within a short drive. Note: if you're older and/or mobility-challenged, the tub in the master bathroom is a little difficult to get in and out of (high & wide), but the other tub is easier. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Family Trip

We had a wonderful time. The kids loved the walk from the condo to the beach. The covered pool was great! We would stay here again. I loved the all-chad pan. I need to know which one you bought so i can get the same one.

Very solid all-around

The condo we stayed in was clean, had nice bathrooms, and the beds were comfortable. The noise from adjacent rooms was nearly non-existent. We would stay here again. I do think that a streaming service with the televisions would be an advisable upgrade from the low-end cable being provided. A fire stick or one similar, with access to the variety of streaming apps that people could log into upon arrival (and out of upon exiting) would make evenings or rain showers better within the condo. Overall, though, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Love the Ocean View

The unit was as nice as described, communication with the owner was easy, and check-in and -out was a breeze. It was a nice "home away from home". Highly recommend!

Carolinian Myrtle Beach

Despite the limited unloading area, checking in was relatively easy. However, entering our room was arduous due to the coded locking system. Numerous attempts (by all four of us) to unlock the door was necessary to gain access. General sweeping was required to remove sand in the bedrooms and foyer, other than that the unit was very clean. The unit easliy accommodated the four of us and the views from the balcony were spectacular. Easy access to the beach was a plus as well. The included breakfast was fantastic, including the welcoming wait staff, the service was outstanding. The appliances were dated as well as the pots/pans and cooking utensils. But hey, who cooks on vacation? Overall, our stay in South Carolina was most pleasant.

Overall ‘nice’

The coded door was horrendous to work with, took at least 2-4 tries to get in. Annoying. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils & has minimal pots. One small fry pan. Though the walls look updated, the cabinetry is peeling. It took 2 calls to get dishwasher detergent. For having to use a code just to get in the South Tower-everyday we had someone leaving food flyers from several establishments. Not too secure? Indoor pools were cold, no working hot tubs. Outdoor pool was open & very cold. Loved the view from the balcony especially when no one was smoking on their balconies-forced us inside.

Condo 532

Condo 532 , great oceanview, spacious, gorgeous beach, washer dryer a plus, good free breakfast and mini golf, decent pool, lacks kitchen supplies, bathroom tub would not drain well, a bedroom light could not turn on due to broken knob and sadly on the final night from 11pm-1am a room was blasting music. Called front desk at 11:30pm and they said they would have security investigate. Minutes later they’re knocking on our door!. We had to get up at 3am for a flight. Quiet hours clearly not enforced. Disappointing given the amount of money we spent.

We came for the CCMF 2022. We had a great stay.

Loved the breakfast that was included. Our unit met all our needs except there was an iron but no board and the batteries were low in the safe. Everything else was as expected online. Great stay.

Great location, kitchen supplies lacking

Loved everything about this place! Location, clean, well appointed, well decorated, everything we needed. Could have used more items in the kitchen. Might I suggest adding skillets, big cutting knives, cutting board, just to name a few things. Otherwise a lovely place and I would stay there again for sure!
