Experience beachfront bliss in our 4th floor ocean-view condo at Sand Dunes Resort, Myrtle Beach. Marvel at the pool, lazy river, and beach from your private balcony. Enjoy resort amenities like outdoor/indoor pools, bar, arcade, and private beach access. Two bedrooms, each with 2 double beds and TVs, ensure a comfortable stay.

"Say goodbye to check-in queues with our convenient keyless entry door lock. Skip the front desk, take the elevator, and settle right into your cozy condo. Enjoy open WiFi, cable TV, and a host of resort amenities. Plus, you'll have access to a washer and dryer right in the unit."

"Enjoy a range of on-site amenities including the oceanfront pool, splash pad, indoor hot tub, indoor pool, gym, laundromat, pizzeria, and arcade & shops in the lobby. Please note that the street side waterpark and offsite funzone are operated by a third party, so access to those amenities is not included."

1. **Maintenance and Updates:**
I personally visit Myrtle Beach every January and February for updates, painting, and minor repairs. Normal wear and tear during your stay is not a chargeable item. No need to send photos of scuff marks or minor issues, but do let me know if there are any repairs you'd like during your stay.

2. **Construction, Smart TVs, and Contact Hours:**
- Renovation season (9/1-3/1) may involve neighboring condos undergoing daytime renovations (less on weekends). Myrtle Beach observes a noise ordinance from 11pm-7am; report complaints to the police during these hours.
- While I prefer non-smart TVs for ease of use, TV replacements may be smart models. Support for smart TV functions may be limited. If you experience cable issues, please inform me.
- Check-in anytime after 4pm, but I'm generally unavailable from 12am-7am. For non-urgent inquiries, use Airbnb messaging. Emergency calls during these hours are fine; if no response, call twice in two minutes or text "bypass focus mode."

3. **Cancellation Policy and Travel Insurance:**
I maintain a strict cancellation policy, so travel insurance is highly recommended in case of emergencies.

4. **Welcome Note - Insects and Reptiles:**
In our South Carolina retreat, warm and humid weather can lead to encounters with insects and reptiles. We have a dedicated exterminator for regular property maintenance. During fall and winter, these creatures may seek shelter indoors. If you find any inside, inform us promptly for immediate attention. Please note, no refunds for sightings. Your understanding is appreciated.

Beach View

Great view, clean and comfortable. Is slightly aged but only shows in a couple of odd spots. Enjoyed the decor and was a big reason for picking this unit over a couple of others, glad I did.
