Great employees, rooms just need help.
Check in process and all staff I encountered were incredibly nice. Never had a bad experience with anyone at the property. That being said, this was a last minute decision to make this trip. So we picked from what we had and this was the best option. The room itself is set up nicely. Has a full kitchen with all needed essentials (except scissors of all things?), spacey bedroom and bathroom, they gave us breakfast buffet vouchers for magnolias your own washer and dryer which isn’t super tiny and huge soaker tub. The cons however, is a rather small balcony, small living room area, and the comfort of the suite items wasn’t great. The pull out couch mattress was about three inches thick, and very worn. You could feel every metal bar under you. The king bed was rough but not the worst thing I’ve ever slept on. The cleaning crew did great, but a downfall is the curtains over the balcony doors. There are some in the bedroom but no curtains at all to block the heat in the living room. They ask you to keep all doors closed to prevent condensation build up, but I couldn’t close off the main space from the heat to do so (which is EXTREMELY visible on the walls, like you can see drip lines going down all the walls all the way to the floor in some spots). Other than that, the worst part was no on site parking. The parking garage is a block away from the building but not a bad walk at all to the condo. Overall it did the job for the trip but probably would choose elsewhere next time.
