The Space:

The villa features a stone-built courtyard, where the private pool sits at the center, along with a built-in BBQ and wood oven. Sun loungers and shaded seating areas are spread around the space, making it easy to move between swimming, relaxing, and outdoor dining throughout the day.



Inside the main villa, the two living areas are cozy and welcoming, each equipped with a smart TV. Exposed stone walls and a fireplace add a warm, inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing evenings or spending time together after a day of exploring. The kitchen and dining area are equally comfortable, with a practical layout and all the essentials you need to prepare meals with ease.



The accommodation includes a main villa and an adjoining guest house. In the main house, you’ll find two bedrooms, both with double beds, along with one bathroom. The guest house adds a third double bedroom and a second bathroom, offering a bit more privacy for part of your group while still being part of the same property. Bathrooms are simple and in line with the overall style, with walk-in showers and clean finishes.



Outside, terraces and seating areas wrap around the villa, giving you different spots to sit depending on the time of day. Whether it’s breakfast in the shade, a quiet afternoon, or an evening outside, the space is easy to settle into.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the private pool, all outdoor terraces, the main villa, and the separate guest house.

The villa is located in Roumeli, a traditional village set slightly inland on the north coast of Crete. The setting feels calm and residential, surrounded by olive groves and low hills, with a slower daily rhythm that suits you if you want to step away from busier resort areas while still staying close to the sea. Within walking distance, you’ll find everyday essentials including tavernas, a café, and a supermarket, while Panormos, just 3 km away, offers more choice for dining, coffee, and basic shopping.



The coastline is a short drive away, with several beaches within easy reach. Panormos Beach, around 3 km away, is the closest and most convenient, with sandy sections, calm water, and an organized setting that makes it easy to spend a full day by the sea. Geropotamos Beach, about 8 km east, sits where a river meets the coast and offers a mix of sand and pebbles with a more open, natural feel. Spilies Beach, around 9 km away, is smaller and quieter, known for its clear water and tucked-away setting. Koukistres Beach, just 4 km from the villa, is ideal for a quick swim, while Livadi Beach, approximately 13 km away, offers a longer stretch of coast where you can walk, swim, and stay through the afternoon.
