Villa Zinovia is located in a lovely panoramic position overlooking Mykonos Town and the Aegean sea, close to its sister villa Opal and in a short distance from Mykonos Town.

A private parking for up to 3 cars and garden pathway leads to the 260 sq.m sum and the villa's own entrance and outdoor areas.

Five lovely bedrooms in the main house, can accommodate up to 10 guests in this amazing villa.

Spacious outdoor surrounding of Villa Zinovia is occupied by its own private infinity edge swimming pool.

The pool deck, also features sun beds for sunbathing with sea views and a large shaded lounge area with a built-in sofa.

The modern open style kitchen of Villa Zinovia, is fully equipped with top of the range amenities and connects seamlessly with the dining area and the spacious living room with the fireplace.

At the entrance floor there are an open space living room, the dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.

Outdoor you will find a dining area, a private swimming pool provided with sun-beds, a large shaded sitting area.

The villa has 7 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom, 1 master bedroom with twin beds and en-suite bathroom.

On the upper floor you will find 2 master bedrooms with double bed, en-suite bathroom and balcony, plus 1 master bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom and balcony.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay: 4 nights. 1 week between 14 July and 26 August.
Check in: 3 pm; Check out: 11 am
No dogs allowed
No parties with exterior visitors allowed
No loud music, outside the predetermined hours of public quiet, by local authorities
No smoking allowed inside the property
Security / Damage Deposit: 2.000 €
The guests must ensure that the property is returned in a presentable state.
The villa's manager/owner reserves the right to reclaim any additional cleaning costs if the guests should not leave the property in the above-mentioned state.
Included in the rental price: 2 hours daily maid service, change of bath and pool towels daily, and change of linen twice weekly.

According to the latest Greek Law Regulations, an extra climate change resilient fee of 10 € per villa, per night is imposed on the residents.
This fee is not included in the villa rental fee and needs to be settled prior to check-out.
